Many reasons for the rating:-very bad customer service from the guy (arrogant)-did not make it to corprate standard and appearance (see pic)-had to be asked to change PPE- initially said he couldn't make it as asked for, eventhough all other DQs have make it with no issuesI was dissapointed becuase the mall is so empty, businesses in general should understand the inportance of every impression they make on their clients.

We wanted to get some ice cream after we ate lunch, the problem is that this place is not in the food court and we had to walk across the mall just to get this ice cream. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and there was a little bit of a line up but it moved fairly quickly. They have good selection of ice cream and treats for the whole family. There is lots of free parking outside the mall.

I had to write this review so that people know. I have ordered cakes from a cpl different locations because necessity/timing but I always come back to the DQ in the Cambridge Center by choice. They always make such beautiful cakes. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and doing such a beautiful job!

Went while wearing a mask to pick up a blizzard for my kids birthday and the people working there proceeded to watch someone cut in front of me only to serve them first anyway. I will not be returning. I would have left it not for it not being for my child's birthday. My child was also greatly annoyed by the treatment.*responded with asking me to give them another chance. It's clear the owner is why it's a terrible place to go. I would avoid, it's the bad location in town. The other ones are better. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OWNERSHIP.This was their second chance.

Pathetic service I ordered 2 order of triple chocolate brownie.we got cold brownie normally when we order we got hot brownie with vanilla ice cream.when I said the girl its cold she said we change our policy to not provide warm brownie.i asked how come its supposed to b warm.then she make another excuse my oven didnot work...if your oven didnot work your staff should tell at order time our oven is not working you will get cold brownie. I spend almost $16.i have my bill copy .I wish I could give zero star.

I went there to buy a box of dilly bars, this location is selling it almost $5 more than any other location. For that box, a box of fudge bars and one blizzard it was going to be $37. I knew they sold cheaper than that so I went to the King St location and for the exact same order $27.

Ordered a churro dipped cone size small. Looked at it and said to the teenager behind the register... That's small they use to be bigger. She said no that's the size. I beg to differ as I've been to the location near downtown Galt and the small didn't look that pokey. The size I got was like a kiddie cone. For just over 5 dollars I definitely wasn't impressed. Have my receipt. The last time I was at this location the person had issues making a blizzard then scrapped the top off of the blizzard to put a soda lid on whereas I've had a domed lid on before. I thought with getting a dipped cone I'd give this location another shot. Very disappointed

I ordered a small cone in a cup and the girl working there kept insisting that it was a sundae and wanted to charge me for a sundae. I told her it was literally a plain small cone in a cup with no toppings and not dipped. I shouldn’t be charged extra for it as a sundae. She told me it was a plain vanilla sundae…. The portion size was exactly like a small cone too.
