Discovered this store few weeks back and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of products. The owner and staff are helpful. I purchased a used open box item after paying cash. The product did not work as expected. The item was promptly returned and the amount refunded without much trouble. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends for their tech needs.

Bought a robo dog from them to realize after a few days one of the legs stopped working, upon taking it back the sales rep alleged that my kid had dropped it down and hence the device got damaged. It’s something worth $100 so I am not going to sweat on it but I felt a bit ripped off and thought the sales rep being unauthentic. Just to add this was a replacement unit since the first one I bought had the same issue and he replaced it, so the same stuff happening again just makes me wonder the quality of the products they keep. In general a bad experience just would like to bring awareness to other buyers.

If you buy something off Best Buy make sure it's not fulfilled by these scam artists. After paying $441.59 for a T248 steering wheel set the buttons started to wear. I started a return and they didn't respond. I got Best Buy involved they responded with a shipping label, great. I sent it back and they responded that it was my fault the buttons were my fault and billed me $150.49. I've since gotten my money back from Best Buy.

3 stars because you buy a good looking phone made in India for a good price but they'll try to sell it as US made. My samsung phone hasn't had a software update since 2019... anyway as i said price was not bad if you don't want to spend too much for 2-3 years
