I was referred to this center through a WSIB specialty clinic for treatment for my lower back injury of two years. After only a few months, my mobility has drastically improved, and I have hope now that I can eventually fully recover from my pain.Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend this facility to anyone!

My experience of therapy sessions at Lifemark Physiotherapy has been extraordinary and am thankful for the exceptional care and treatment given by my therapist Ms. Rishita Patel to ease my shoulder pain. The front desk staff has always been very welcoming and cordial. They handle insurances and payments smoothly. Their online registration is easy and convenient. They maintain schedules so wait time on arrival is never long. The staff follows high level of sanitization. The knowledge and skill of my therapist is remarkable. She assessed my condition thoroughly and recommended therapy accordingly. She moved gradually from stretches to strengthening exercises. She lets you practice all the exercises in her presence to make sure that each exercise is done correctly. Her physio techniques are very relaxing and comforting. She educates you on the muscle areas that are taut, sore and weak. She gives a patient ear to all your questions and queries and clarifies them well. I highly recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy for their excellent and exceptional services and approach. I would love to be back for any future therapies required.

I was in a car accident over a year ago. My insurance provider suggested I schedule my treatment with LifeMark. The staff at LifeMark has been essential to my healing. I have being receiving physiotherapy, massage and occupational therapy over the course of roughly 1.5 years. I have had a lot difficulty, following my accident, with neck and back pain as well as headaches. I also experienced several cognitive challenges returning to work. LifeMark staff have never given up on my treatment and have been passionately focused on my progress and improvement. Angie, Joan, Ian and Nick have a multitude of experience and never tire of my complaints concerning my condition. Slowly but surely I am improving. LifeMark has also done an incredible job of documenting my journey in detail, sharing it with my insurance provider and Doctor and handling my benefits. While my experience surrounding my injuries have been challenging, to say the least, LifeMark has been a light at the end of the tunnel, helping me make it through another week.

I go to Lifemark Physiotherapy King East to have my massages by Angela.I always leave feeling relaxed and less tense. Angela really works on my problem areas. I also like that she mentions during the massage which areas are very tight and tense. I have been seen by several massage therapists throughout the years, some good , some bad, but Angela is most definitely at the top.All of the staff at this location are friendly (always saying hello as I walk in) and helpful.The appointment reminders via email/text are extremely helpful. Also, the processing of insurance claims done by the staff makes my life much easier.I will be a repeat patient for a long time to come.

Ian has been great helping me with my lower back pains. I’ve been doing all my recommended stretches daily and my back is greatly improved. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ian!

I see RMT Angela for massage monthly and am always more than happy with the quality of her service, she takes great care and I always feel much better afterwards! The staff is also friendly and helpful!

Everyone was absolutely amazing here. They are friendly and flexible. Their treatment plant was very effective and I didn’t even need to finish half of the initial estimated amount of therapies! Highly recommended.

Excellent physiotherapy clinic. Friendly professional staff. Michelle designed a program that helped restore movement without pain after I had a bad fall and broke bones in my foot. Highly recommend.
