Shoppers Drug Mart

I am so so so sick of this location ALWAYS having the wrong price tags/sale tags on. Pure laziness. Got home yesterday to find I’ve been severely overcharged for two of my items. They wouldn’t honor my price upon calling because the sale has been over for over a week - which means the sale tag has been up for over a week too long. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t have paid full price for these items

Pharmacy is very good, with very helpful pharmacists, even under a lot of stress.The rest of the store, however, I don't think I've ever seen a store get so awful so fast. Whoever thought it was a good idea to ADD SPEED BUMPS to that nightmare of a parking lot, does not think properly.It's not that the cashiers have been replaced by 3 automated checkout machines, it's the fact that there's almost always 1 machine not working & after 6pm, if you want help at an actual cash register you'll need to send up a flare & hope the Coast Guard sees it.It's not that the entire floor staff are comprised of newcomers from southeast Asia, it's the fact they're resentful & cranky & for some reason are always YELLING conversations in Hindi within 2 feet of each other while you're trying to speak with a pharmacist. They just yell over you. Guy adding stock placed a cart directly in front of me as I was walking by (3 carts could fit through this aisle side by side). Yes, he saw me - yes, he had PLENTY of room to position the cart over, but believe me anyone would see what an insanely rude disregard for the customer it was. It was like he was handing it to me. So, I grabbed the cart & moved it to the end of the aisle. That was me in a good mood. I watched 3 guys wait with a bunch of us to use the automated checkout but they got sick of waiting so they just walked out with their stuff (just candy & stuff). The 'theft' buzzer was going off the entire time I waited for my turn to auto-checkout, and it was still beeping when I left.I understand these are McJobs & the days of being pleasant to customers for minimum wage are over. I get that it's almost impossible to find people who will agree to those wages these days - but a symbolic effort on behalf of the cranky ones to hide the utter contempt they have for customers would go a long way. I want to see the store do well, I really like the owner - but WHERE do they find the store-front staff? Oh, and fix the parking lot for crying out loud - at the very least don't make it WORSE.

It took the pharmacy almost a week to transfer and fill one of my prescriptions from my last provider and during that time I had four different pharmacists tell me that its done only for me to show up and it wasn't done. I was almost out of my prescription, and they had no sense of urgency or compassion towards me.I ended up asking to transfer everything to another pharmacy who got it done in an hour.

Zero manners in this store. The girl was to busy talking to her friends then to say anything to me. Ask if I had an optimum card and told me the price. I felt like I was bothering her and her friend after dropping $100. Murphys is a much more customer friendly company.

The Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Shoppers Drug Mart is a great and fantastic place to see a Pharmacist for advice and they sell some groceries there and the staff is friendly and helpful too

The owner is rude, ignorant and publicly humiliated me in front of customers and staff, they assumed I was stealing because I was using a reusable shoppers drug mart bag to collect my items. He spoke loudly and belittled me in the middle of the store because I stopped him to ask him what the issue was since he and the staff were obviously following me, He very rudely and loudly told me not to chase him down and question him, he can do what he wants. I didn’t know who this man was since he was in a plaid shirt and skinny jeans with no name tag or badge indicating he owned or even worked there, then before I could respond he swiftly walked to the back of the store and disappeared leaving me shaking and teary eyed in front of his staff and many patrons. My total was over 100 dollars which was much more than I intended to spend, however I have ample amount of money to pay for anything I need and have NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING IN MY LIFE! Cody Hauger is the cowardly in titled owner that did this to me. A terrible representation of a fine Canadian corporation.I paid for my items in complete shock and left feeling completely humiliated. When I arrived home I was still upset and shaken. My husband drove the 10 km back to this location and returned every item for a full refund, he was extremely upset at the treatmentI received. The owner would not speak to him and hid in the back. Disgusting.One star may be reserved for the young man at the cash who was helpful courteous and quite obviously aware of the fault in his employers actions.I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location, I will never spend another dime here.

there’s a lady that works in the pharmacy area with dark/brunette hair. the way she deals with customers of color is very displeasing. if you’re not comfortable talking to people of color don’t work in a field where you may be faced with that opportunity.

Worst experience. Employees were very rude . One manager in night she was very rude . Don’t want to give one star . They are not eligible for any star . I will never gonna be shop there . Worst shopper drug mart in pei . I will recommend to teach your employees first how to talk with customer.

My friend was in there trying to buy a few things. I still don't think it's appropriate for this young female Indian employee to start yelling at her and physically taking my friend's bags right out of her hand. She said it was because my friend was stealing items. The bags were completely empty and they were just reusable shopping bags. While this was happening there was also the owener of the store, i must add that i know hes the owner because he very rudely yelled he owns the store. He was yelling saying she's a thief. They refused to let her go pay for her items when she said I'm just going to pay and leave. It was an experience that you'd need to witness just to understand how bad it really was. She was also told not to come back. I can't believe all the other ppl who also have had issues. Something needs to be done because nothing about what goes on is OK.... not even worth 1 star
