Great experience working with Kempenfelt Plumbing & Backflow. They have performed multiple indoor & outdoor plumbing projects for me along with annual maintenance. Adam & his team are easy to deal with, very professional, show up when they say they will & offer good value for a high level of service. With their recent maintenance visit, they were masked up and took a high level of caution that put my family at ease as a result of the pandemic. I would highly recommend Kempenfelt for anyone considering a small or large plumbing project.

Adam and Josh at Kempenfelt Plumbing and Backflow Services have been a great help on a number of projects. The latest was a complete rebuild of a 1951 house. New plumbing from the street all the way to new fixtures. Passed inspection first time with no issues.Great to work with, reasonably priced and very responsive to all the last minute changes that come with a project of this scope. I highly recommend giving them a call for any plumbing needs.

Kempenfelt Plumbing and Backflow Services is a company I will always recommend. We have used the company twice, the last time for a shutoff valve installation that turned out not to be needed. We offered to pay for the service call anyway since it was our mistake but they declined to bill us. The first time we used them they did a great job, on time and for a fair price.

First called for service with a frozen water line when it was 25 below one winter. Adam came promptly and heated the pipe to flow before pipe burst.Adam and team do my seasonal guesthouse and outdoor water flow service. They are prompt and efficient and very responsive. I sleep well at night in the city knowing that I can call Adam to care for my cottage and get immediate excellent service. Highly recommend Kempenfelt Plumbing and Backflow Services.

I was having issues with my water pump dripping for few weeks and tried to contained it with layers of towels. A call to Adam immediately eased my mind, as he was able to provide an initial assess of the issue over the phone. I was able to schedule a service call in a few days (even over the holiday). The work that was done immediately fixed the issue and it was at a very competitive price! If you need an expert plumber (no need to get different quotes) just call Adam. Thank you for your quick response and great work!
