Do not show up twice a day. Don't show up until hours after the plow has came by. Don't text you that they are showing up half the time and asked for payment for that feature even though other customers on our street don't pay for it. I end up snowblowing my driveway anyway because of the exceedingly slow service. So we pay hundreds of a dollars for them to scrape the driveway versus clear the snow. Will not be a returning customer. My neighbours are also possibly not returning either. I wish there was a zero star option. They also don't honor the terms and details in the signed contract so don't expect that level of service either.

I really don't understand way the reviews are so low we been with St Pierte from the 1st year they start have been excellent anytime we had a problem they responded and fixed the issue immediately. Try to get a service like that today! Guys keep up the great work!

Just like others the quality of work compared to last year is sub par. New management? The operator in my area leaves large areas with snow and I cannot remove them myself. Yes, they respond to email but nothing gets done. I emailed at 7 PM and they told me they will send someone. Moved my car , waited until 10 PM and nothing.

I have been using them since 2016. Every one of those years it was fantastic, could not ask for better service. However, this year it's been very very bad. Most times it's one pass and don't don't see them till the next day. They get here very late in the day and one time they missed me completely. Maybe it's like most businesses these days, can't find employees ?

We used them 3 yrs in a row. First to years impeccable service, but this past year ( 2022-2023)was was so bad I am buying a snowblower and will be doing it myself. At least I know it will be done properly, on time, and more often. If I could give -☆ I would.

If you are considering a contract with them, save your money buy a snow blower instead.They don't fulfill their contractual obligations, especially when it is needed most during continuous snow. They come maybe once during a snow fall to clear the end of the driveway if we are lucky, they don't pass for sometimes days at a time. So we have to clear the snow continously by ourselves.They charge for text service and don't text, or say they are coming and not pass for hours after the text. 0/5 stars, it's not worth the headache and let down to use this company.

3 days in a row i go out to move my car while he is removing the snow, he saw me coming to move my car and the seconde i got in my car he drives off. It like this every snow storm. I hope my landlord picks a different companie for next year. If i could pick a 0 star i would.

Twice this year they do all the driveways on my street and forget to do mine. And when you make a service call they don't come till they are finished all their routes - just 10cm or snow last night, and I didn't get out of my driveway until after 5 pm. I'll certainly be shopping around for another provider next year. They're too big now to give good service.

The worst company ever. 0 stars. Receptionist has a big attitude that needs to be checked. Called about removing the mountain of snow the city pushed in our entrance and her words are. Well you will need to clear it yourself the boys went home". They will say that someone will come out to plow the snow but just passes by in front of the house. The owner must be money hungry because instead of only taking a number of clients they can handle they overbook themselves and do the bare minimum and don't even do a good job at it. If it was my property I would fire them instantly but unfortunately i have to get the worse winters because of them."
