Went to Adam's class this morning on opening day and he kicked my butt! The music was top notch, the bikes are brand new and just waiting for you to try them out! If you're looking for a big city workout in Victoria you should definitely try spinco, they're giving the well known soul cycle a run for their money!! Holiday indulgences won't matter with a few spinco classes.

I LOVE Spinco!! Very positive atmosphere and welcoming staff - instructors are well trained and give excellent demonstrations. Who knew working out could be so fun? If you get a chance - join in on Maddy's class. She's awesome!

It is a beautiful space itself. There are lovely locker rooms and showers with nice products to use. The staff is friendly. However, to me this isn't even spin class. There is more focus on upper body and staying with the music and minimal focus on legs. I went four times and my back was in so much pain. The movements are very quick and there was minimal focus on proper form or technique. Great for someone who wants something trendy, not if you're interested in a cycling workout

Such a great way to exercise and get your body moving- the price is worth it! All the instructors are welcoming and know what to say to push you to your limit. Lot's of class times and have 3 different locations

Love this community!!! The front desk staff & instructors are so inviting & friendlyThe classes are inclusive and motivating! Best therapy ever (and of course exercise)You can go just needing to be there & you end up feeling like you can conquer anything life throws at you!

SPINCO classes never disappoint! The workout is always amazing and the sense of community created in the studio is phenomenal. Highly recommend trying it, even if you're new to group fitness or a bit nervous - it will surprise you, it's not the stereotype spin studio. Thanks SPINCO Victoria.
