When I come to Toronto I always stay with my friend who lives in this building. Not only does the building have beautiful art inside of it but the building itself is beautiful. Very clean and super secure. The balcony gives a great view of the city day or night.

This building has a lot of stores, including grocery, dollar store, and Winners. I don't think I've ever seen it crowded. They also have and transit connection. Sadly covid has hit the businesses hard. Rent must be extremely high. I wonder if a lot of them will go broke.

The path always smells like a chemical lab because of the cheap detergent they use

Dollarama, Winners and Market 63, the 3 places that I visit One York for. Mainly for Dollarama though. And it's connected to the PATH so, overall a good place to shop with good connectivity to transit.

There were no signs outside the building to indicate where the individual stores/businesses were located in the building. It took me 30 min just to find Dollorama; I had to ask several people in the building. Even the cleaner in duty had no clue where Dollorama was in the building !!!!!

Nice building! That's about it. Other than the dollar store everything else about this place is expensive. The traffic here is horrible.

Stop using this cheap soup everywhere in the building. It smells like a chemical lab, I cannot breathe!!!

Lost a bunch of retailers due to COVID. Still a bright clean place. It has a Dollarama on the second floor
