Armoires Fabritec Ltee

Home Depot kitchen designer did a fabulous job of designing our 2 kitchens that we invested close to $25,000.00 in total. We ordered solid maple door and drawers. After a few months post installation, the wooden joints on the doors were expanding leaving uneven sharp edges on the outside edges of the doors. Then a few months later the doors started to warp whereas they were touching the cabinet at the top of the door, and created a 1/4 gap at the bottom of the door. The clear finish on the doors under the kitchen sink is not a waterproof product over the long term resulting with the solid maple doors starting to split. The final straw was that Fabritec decided to stop manufacturing our style and stain color a few months after we installed our 2nd kitchen

I really appreciate the Eurostyle cabinets collection from Fabritec. I bought those cabinets recently for my new kitchen and it worked out perfectly.Even when my friends first saw my brand new kitchen they thought a local woodworking company produced it!I like the contemporary design of it, the easy assembly, the affordability of the product and the service I received from my local retailer who was able to answer all of my questions. :-)Really a product I recommend to all of my friends who want to achieve a awesome look without spending all their life savings!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.I have read the other 1 star reviews and have had very similar experiences as others. The product is cheaply made and the customer service (if you even want to call it that) is awful. The finish has completely fallen apart and when we voiced our complaints to the company, they blamed us!They take no accountability, and just blame the customer.Take your business elsewhere!

Je déconseille l'achat d'armoires de cuisine Eurostyle de Fabritec.Le guide d'assemblage est très imprécis et j'ai moi-même constaté une erreur dont j''ai fait part au service à la clientèle de Fabritec. Les caissons sont de piètre qualité. c'est encore trop cher à mon avis pour ce genre de produit. La livraison pour les commandes spéciales est extrêmement longue. On retourne chez le Suédois la prochaine fois.

Purchased Fabritec kitchen cupboards and drawers from Home Depot on April 3 for over $14,000. It's now 5 1/2 months later and I still do not have my complete order. Shipments always arrive months late and when I do finally get something it's either damaged or the wrong size or the wrong order. Nobody at Fabritec cares and it's the worse decision I ever made. I have been without a kitchen now for almost 6 months and there is no end in site. I have read many reviews that say this will go on for about a year. Believe it. Home Depot can't help me and Fabritec doesn't care. As long as they have all been paid in full, my misery is my own problem.

De toute mon expérience de travail , c'est la pire place ou j'ai travaillé, l'entreprise est très mal géré et les gestionnaires sont malhonnêtes. L'usine est en mauvaise santé financière et pour réduire les coûts, l'employé est le premier visé. Si vous cherchez un travail, pour votre bien moral, physique et financier, n'allez surtout pas la.

Poor customer service. They did not take accountibility of thier own products that are so poorly built. Save yourself time and money and buy quality cabinets. I learned the hard way. Fabritec in partnership with Home Depot should be stopped. They should sell these products in flea markets instead. I cringe every time I see this product on the shelves at Home Depot and I usually tell people looking at this product my poor experience and to buy something else.

Nous avons acheté un condo il y a 6 ans avec des armoires de cette compagnie. Malgré qu’elles sont très jolies, je déconseille fortement leurs produits car depuis le jour 1, on a des problèmes constamment avec nos armoires et tiroirs:- caissons de mauvaise qualité: environ chaque année, deux ou trois tiroirs lâchent parce que les rails deviennent lousses dans le bois. On doit tenter de tout revisser.- mécanisme des tiroirs qui lâchent régulièrement, on répare plusieurs fois par année, et on a même dû en changer un au complet.- tout semble devenir lousse (mécanisme, rails) alors avec les années on a de plus en plus d’espaces qui se forment entre les tiroirs...- “chippent” facilementBref, on adore les produits québécois, mais pas quand ils nous font rager régulièrement comme ceux-là. Ce n’est vraiment pas une marque qu’on recommande et nous ne la réinstallerons pas dans une future demeure.

Cheeply built, wasted my money and bad customer service. Buy Ikea cabinets instead. They dont take responsibility for their products either. I thought I was getting a quality product after a year door panels a coming off in pieces. Very disappointed.

Cheaply made - started to peel after a few years. Have been using gorilla glue on all the cabinets to keep them from peeling further. Took pictures and sent to customer service at Fabritec. They didn't care at all. Escalated to management - also did not care. I would never buy another product from this company.
