This is the case with my good fortune in meeting Salman. I was at the point of getting ready to sell these pens at a huge loss, as the output of these nibs just did not impress me anymore. They were too wet, too wide, and the one M800 just frustrated me.Salman reground the nibs, and tuned them. Now they are better than when I first bought them 15 years ago, and the joy of writing is back. And all for an amazing price.Thank you Salman; you are a true master. Salman was very patient, courteous, and generous with his time. I had a very particular and nit-picking sort of request that took multiple visits to sort out. He did it all with no extra charges and no complaints, adamant that I should leave satisfied. Very knowledgable about pens and handwriting in general.

Absolutely fantastic work on nibs. Salman is a lovely man to deal with and very patient with getting you the nib you need. I would recommend TPC without hesitation for customizing and repairing your nibs.

I dropped my favourite pen, a vintage Parker Duofold Vacumatic, and bent the nib. Salman repaired it, and now it writes even better than before. The whole experience was great: he gave me an accurate estimate of cost and time to complete, and he sent it back securely packaged and in great shape. Thank you Salman!

Salman is professional, kind and extremely talented. He fixed my Lamy 2000 pen, which I carelessly dropped causing severe damage to the nib. I was sure that this pen was beyond repair, but Salman's expert craftsmanship has completely restored it! The pen writes beautifully again, and I am very pleased with the experience. This review is long overdue. I sent a Conway Stewart nib to Salman that I wanted to have 2 concerns addressed, namely: kinks straightened & the nib itself, reground from an italic to a medium.In the end Salman only addressed the nib regrind, even though in his email to me he stated: “The nib does have a slight bend that will cost $45 to repair.”Unfortunately it was returned to me in the state it is seen here, without this bend being corrected, at which point Salman simply sidestepped this concern and responded, stating how the nib now writes smoothly & when I tried, repeatedly, to focus on the other aspect which I was unhappy with, my concern fell on Salman's (now) very deaf ears.In the end, from my perspective, Salman did not deliver what he promised, especially when you take into consideration the fact that the first sentence in the first email that I sent to him stated this: “I have a (modern, circa 2010) Conway Stewart fountain pen nib that needs to be straightened."

Very happy with the service at Toronto Pen Company. I have a lovely vintage Sheaffer pen whose 14k gold, fine nib was just too dry and scratchy to be enjoyable. It had great sentimental value to me. I enjoy writing with very smooth nibs (my gold, medium Montblanc is a personal favorite) and Salman was able to get this fine nib probably as smooth as a fine nib possibly could be. Such a delight to write with it now, and the cost was very reasonable.
