The technician that came was professional and efficient. Was able to diagnose the issue in about half an hour and explained I would be receiving a follow up call to book the repair. Looking forward to things finally working right!

The 2 people I spoke with at the office were very kind and nice on the phone. I was having issues with my AC throwing heat randomly and required assistance. The technician who came here was nice enough although he didn't seem to know how to operate my thermostat... after 25 minutes he left advising me that he suspected a faulty thermostat.I got called back later on with a quote for a new thermostat. They advised me of the brand that would be compatible and quoted me almost $800 for the thermostat and 1hr of labor. Yes... you read that right.. $800..... a quick Google search showed me the brand they suggested was $90...I had a second opinion come in. They were here for 5 minutes and pulled the thermostat off the wall, reset it, and voila! Works perfectly!!! Even if that's a quick temporary fix, a new thermostat is $90 and is very simply installed.

Their service is top notch. Very prompt in their responses which is always welcome.Installers were friendly informative and took care to ensure they cleaned up.Only thing I would like to see changed is the transaction fees for credit cards, but it's listed on their quotes so it's really up to the customer at that point.Would recommend their services to anyone interested in a heat pump.

Previously had a bad experience with another company in Fredericton. Decided to go with BG Services and they were absolutely exceptional. Great customer service, awesome staff, knowledgeable and skilled employees. Best of all they cleaned up after themselves! Would definitely recommend them to Anyone!

The technician was early. He came in and throughly cleaned both of my heat pump heads and the outside units. It went really well, they were very through, polite and professional. Very pleased. He took his boots off, great guy. Nice to have good service, it is so rare these days.

Great experience. Quote was quick and fair. Mark responded quickly to my questions and ensured I was clear on when and what actions were to take pkace. Tech (Jacob) was punctual, identified the problem and took the time to explain repairs required. Work was completed on time and professionally. Heat pump is working well.BGs operates a sales office that is open in the evening. I booked my repair at 8 PM. This is a great service. I have dealt with a number oflocal HVAC companies and after 4 PM you can't speak to anyone especially on the weekend. Great customer supportHighly recommended
