Address listed here is for North Vancouver. When I spoke to the customer service agent they said they are not located in Vancouver. I ordered a replacement walker basket. I received not what was pictured on the website. It was shipped from Mississauga. I ordered based on the photo not the item ID. Was not able to return, get a refund due to the COVID pandemic." Warning. Read return and refund policies before making any purchases. Poor customer service."

Customer service is poor. Could not get anyone on the phone and when we did finally, the person did not answer our questions. We were told to order online and when asked how long for delivery, we were told two weeks, it's been 3 weeks and we still haven't received our order.

I order most of my supplies from Amazon and my bridge group chided me for not using a Canadian company like Life Supply. I took it to heart and ordered 2 cases of Ensure Plus from them on March 10th. I heard nothing from them for three days so I used their email portal to ask for an update on my order. I heard nothing from that for three days so called them. They posted on their message update to me that it would ship at the end of that week. That came and went so I called them again and they said it SHOULD ship by April 10th - a full month after I placed the order. No thanks to that. I'm cancelling the order and will go back to a more reliable supplier. Totally unacceptable and deceitful.

We enjoy working with this company. Their customer service is excellent and something we love from our partners. Their product offers are excellent, all high quality and high value.

I was scammed by LifeSupply it's subsidiary HomeWellness.ca and it's parent main scammer wellmart.ca who owns all of these 2 scam sites. 0 customer service. Once you send payment, your money are gone and they will do NOTHING.

Would give them a zero if I could. Very poor business practices. Advertise an item online. Ordered it, received confirmation and then a day later advise price was not for a pack of 6 as on the website and on order confirmation but for a single. When I advised I wanted the item ordered I received a note saying it is discontinued by manufacturer and shortly afterwards item with same sku as my order had quantity updated. Encourage you to shop elsewhere

Scam business. Ordered a product on their website for $450.00a few weeks later received an email - order refunded. Now same product relisted at $1000. Do not do business with these scammers

—100! If i can give negative stars. Thise 5 stars review must from their own. They did sent something to me. but one of it is exactly NOT what i ordered. Please dont place any online order from them! All their email replies to you is like the repeat machine: no return. You emailed again to clarify, they will tell you: no return. …….. I will try my best get this solved. Dont trust the 5 starts reviews

When I requested for few items that other similar companies had difficulty finding them, Life Supply went an extra mile and located the items outside Canada and got them for me.Very courteous in customer relation, very dedicated to their customers. I definitely recommend Life Supply as your health supply source
