The Shoe Company

Nope. With a capital N. Their underhanded ways is not okay with me. I ordered a pair of sketchers shoes on this site ( which is also Dsw i found out through them) and had to order a bag to get the price down. This bothered me because in the sketchers store itself…same shoes. Way cheaper. price. I asked the shoe company if they would match the price in the sketchers store and they said they would not. Then i get my package but it was just the purse. I then received the shoes at a later date. I then called the shoe company to enquire about that. They said they outsource their products from other places sometimes! sometimes! So the shoes I ordered came from the sketchers itself, which we are way cheaper in sketchers the store.. but the shoe company won’t match the prices.. so um what…So I decided the bag that had to be ordered to get the lower your shoes was going back. It was cheap looking anyway. Customer service tells me know you got to pay for the return yourself. So will not be ordering from here ever again. Sticking with Amazon because with them it’s free returns and free shipping if your a prime member.

Might as well have a self check out. Staff don’t acknowledge you when you come in, don’t acknowledge you while you’re in the store or ask if you need help, and continuing the trend , they don’t say a word to you when you walk out either.

Very poor. Went to Mission location and the salesperson khew almost nothing about a shoe with arch support. All their descriptions are 3-5 words only on the tags. Useless. I hurt my arch the other day and need arch support shoes. Look somewhere else.

I purchased shoes there, and a few days after using them realized they weren’t as comfortable as I thought. I wore them around my house, realized I needed to try them at WORK because that’s why I BOUGHT them. Well, I returned them, they wouldn’t take them because I wore them outside. They said in the rudest tone,”Well we aren’t going to take them cause you wore them outside,”. News to anyone wanting to purchase shoes from them, if you plan on testing the comfort ability OUTSIDE your house, don’t, because they will not take them if they have dirt on the bottom of the shoes. Walk in your house for 8 hours straight, maybe you’ll feel the comfort ability then.

Purchased a pair of boots wore them for 2 hours sitting at an office desk and the stitching from the zipper to the boot came undone. Returned them to exchange them for a new pair and was told that if it happened again they wouldn't exchange them as I was now aware it could be a defect in the boot. Seriously if you have a product that is defective remove it from the shelf don't make the customer pay.

Horrible experience tried to return a pair of shoes had one peice of grass on bottom wasn't dirty said can't serve you please leave horrible black lady I called head office on her I pad bought 5 pairs of shoes never returning to this store

Love love love this place ! Benny and Fiza are THe BEST! I won't buy shoes anywhere else. They are so helpful. Great job guys

Horrible customer service don't get acknowledged no help owner manager of store is rude
