Been working with Sekure Merchant Solutions for about 4 years now. Recently representative Marjorie Kamil has been helping me with my account and she has been fantastic! She is patient and receptive. And truly did all she can to help me resolve an issue to my satisfaction. I am grateful for Marjorie's help. And I look forward to working with her in the future.

It’s going on one year and I love love this company. My fees are low and my guest appreciates the receipt delivery options. My terminal was easy to set up, learn, and use. It’s a great option for your business needs, and customer service is there when you need it.

Been with Sekure a few years doing my credit card processing. They got me the best overall rate, even when I take into account all the itemized details. Their system has been 100% reliable for me, and they have a great payment processing website. They respond timely to phone and email inquiry with good quality responses. They take care of my PCI compliance as well. They cannot be beat. I'm 5-star happy.

The product is good and I really like the features, it is good for my business and better than my previous servicer. However, if you have any issues you have to be a relentless to get your issue addressed and corrected. If it were not for Marjorie Kamil, I would be telling you not to even bother. My so-called rep. that is supposed to assist me could not be bothered to respond to my emails. I recommend the product, but if you have any issues, pick up the phone and don't hang up until you get what you need fixed.

We experienced a HUGE difficulty with our credit card transactions that held up a large transaction, which is not a good thing. I will admit that I was very perturbed and I reached out to Erika Rivas with Sekure Merchant Solutions for help. Erika was very helpful in getting the issue solved as well as making sure that we would not have the issue again. She is a very professional and experienced representative for her company. I was truly upset and ready to just throw in the towel however, after working with her and seeing her responsiveness, her patience and her ability to work with me on behalf of my employer persuaded me to re think my concerns and stay with Sekure Merchant Solutions. I can recommend Erika Rivas and Sekure Merchant Solutions to help you with your credit card needs. We are a medical infusion center in Colorado and as such we do a tremendous amount of credit card insurance payment transactions.

Jamie Lee Carlino has been my account rep the majority of the time and has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and takes her job very seriously. Kimberly Joseph was extremely helpful to me as I faced some challenges with the process of getting approval for higher amounts on my sales. She was proactive in anticipating my needs and kept me informed as to what to expect. Very pleased with the excellent service I received.

To be honest i would rather have my teeth pulled than change my credit card processing company, but this is by far the best experience I have had in lowering my rates and having exceptional customer service. I would like to thank Nicole Wan and only Nicole for her excellent service in dealing with this company. This company should have more employees like her - she is too good for them. For seven (7) months I talked to eight (8) different 'specialists, supervisors, relationship managers, and each one assured me that the charge that was being placed on our CLOSED ACCOUNT would stop and we would receive credit for what this company owed us. I was finally lucky enough to reach Nicole, she said she would take care of it - and - Within three (3) days the charge was stopped, the amount refunded to us. Nicole knew her job, she did what needed to be done and followed up to make sure it was done. I believe every employee should be trained by Nicole. She did in one day that it took 7 months and 8 different people to fix the problem. Just saying thank you to Nicole does not seem enough. She knows her job, she is the ONLY one that did anything to help me. My thanks are a hundred fold to her and her alone. To the other 8 'titled' persons - they should either be fired or retrained. 5 stars to Nicole - 0 to the other employees - 0 for the company that keeps employees that don't do their job.

We worked with Ryan Rourke at Sekure Merchant Solutions and appreciated all his help tremendously. He helped us get set up and was very quick to respond to questions and/or problems. Time will tell about long-term value, but so far so good with everything else, thumb's up!
