Cameron showed up as scheduled and was well prepared with all the necessary tools needed to get at our issue with a dead tree on our property. Very Professional. He realized the tricky cut that would be needed to fell the tree. He took his time in assessing the situation and how this 55 ft dead spruce would fit in a 40 ft tight area. It went perfectly. Once down it took him no time to de-limb it and cut the tree into manageable pieces to be hauled away. He then took the time to dust off the area with a gas blower and made sure the area was cleaned as best as possible. Could not be happier with the job completion. Highly recommended him for any job since I am confident he would only be satisfied when the the customer is. My only wish was that he lived closer so we could use his professional services more.. Awesome job! Cameron did a fantastic job ... even more than he quoted .. to give me more light and air flow on my back deck. Had invasive trees from outside my yard. He cut back all the overhanging branches and left my yard clear of any debris. Many thanks for your excellent service. Am definitely recommending to my neighbours, friends and family members. It's also great that you travel all over province ... lol.

Found this business by pure chance on Kijiji and boy, did I luck out!Cameron came that day to give me a quote and arrange a time to do the work. I had a high cedar hedge that needed shaping and they did a tremendous job. Timely, courteous,friendly, hard working and in really hot weather too. They cleared up after themselves, not only my hedge area, but the deck and also the neighbours where bits had fallen onto their ground. Will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to you. Cost was reasonable and well worth it. Thank you for coming and doing such a fab job.

I was referred to Arbor Response by a friend of mine, and was surprised that they came all the way to Port Hope. It took a total of two days to remove several large dead ash trees, but the cleanup was as if there were never any trees at all. They were communicative and patient, as we had to rebook several times due to the use of access through a neighbouring yard for one of the trees. While on the property they noticed some overgrown lilacs and pruned them for me as well. Would highly recommend.

I had looked around before finding this company, and this is by far, THE best in terms of price and Customer Service!! It's impressive how quickly and efficiently this tree came down, it takes a lot of experience and skill to do it safely, and Cameron's got it!Arbor Response did an impeccable job removing the tree from my front yard, and i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to simply have a tree trimmed or completely removed.
