Booked a package for my dog to have a shampoo, nail clipping etc.When we picked up her dog we were told she was bleeding a little, but wasn’t sure from where. Ok , nice to own up to your mistakes.When I got her home and took her for a walk, when she was back in the house, I noticed blood all over the place. Her nail was cut so short. We bandaged her paw up and eventually it stopped bleeding.Also noticed several other nails were not cut. Guess after hurting my dog, the groomer decided to stop. Good thing we paid 51$.

Took my pup here for his first professional groom in years. They did such a wonderful job! They took the time to explain the different options available. They made sure my dog was happy and comfortable, and they phoned me to update me on how it went and when he was ready to get picked up.

Really friendly staff, the lady was about to leave at the end of her shift, but she was really kind and spent 15 minutes explaining the dog food brand for our puppy! Thank you for the amazing work!

It's a smaller Petsmart so not as much selection for pet food as the bigger stores. Staff are always friendly and helpful which is why I shop here.

We want to buy blue parakeet on special request for my kid & searching in PetSmart stores since long. Finally we got positive response from this store & we went there immediately.It is really good store for pet & their related stuffs which includes most of all the pets.Girl who was selling us this bird, we felt little bit pushy for more shopping, we may wrong.Otherwise, it was fantastic experience to have such a new cute, adorable & lovely home member.

We went to buy a beta fish without knowing exactly what we needed. Erin helped us out and she was absolutely wonderful. She had all the answers we needed and was extremely friendly and personable. Without her, we may have gone home discouraged and without a fish! Instead, we left with a beautiful beta and are excited to be fish parents! She is a fantastic employee and you are lucky to have her.
