Staff go above and beyond!

I had a dish relocated, it is the Worst install I ever seen literally have to duck under the dish to get to the door step (right on the walkway)and cable is screwed through the siding for about 16ft with a screw every 12 inches ....who ever the worker is should be fired!!! Looks terrible and I am not happy at all

The Home Doctor guys are very knowledgeable and have great service. What more can I say? Thanks, guys!

My folks have fully retired and moved to their winterized cottage near Pictou. The Home Doctor got them all geared up with Satellite TV and Internet. It was quick and easy, and now they're all connected to their grand kids. Thanks!

I had an appt for Friday between 8-12 to get xplornet hooked up and they called to say it would be after lunch cause the technician was running behind. My husband and I both took days off work to be there. No one showed up!!! So we called them first thing Mon more for them to tell us that they can reschedule us the the next Fri or Sat cause the technicians schedule is full and he was running behind on Fri so he couldnt make it! My husband works from home so we need internet! They were not accommodating at all! I feel like if they didn’t show up for my appt on Fri after us taking time off and now taking Monday off they would have been there first thing Mon morn. Its not my fault the technician was running behind. Again it was terrible customer service and very unwilling to help! Maybe when I send them the bill for my husbands lost wages they will reconsider being a bit more customer based!

This company is not equal to a 1 star rating required to leave this comment. We had an appt for Jul 1st that was booked in error due to Canada Day being a holiday. Shawna at The Home Doctor rescheduled it to June 30 as she said the technician was in our area. A phone call came June 26th to cancel June 30th because she said the technician couldn't make it. She rescheduled us to Jul 2nd. No one showed up by late afternoon on Jul 2nd so we placed a call to The Home Doctor and were told we weren't on the schedule for Jul 2nd. Our call was transferred to Shawna who said the technician was in a car accident on Jul 1st and we have been rescheduled to Jul 7th. She said a voicemail was left by Sarah. Guess what - no voicemail. This company is beyond inefficient. Why Xploranet grants this company the privilege of representing them as internet installers is beyond understanding. Surely Xploranet can do better than this.
