Yesterday I was fortunate enough to meet with Caroline, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Prior to my visit I was more nervous than excited for my upcoming trip, but after meeting with Caroline I now feel safe, excited and prepared!If you are anything like I am and you have a fear of needles, fear not! Caroline was simply amazing, and I could hardly feel a thing. Needless to say, I am quite happy about that :)I will definitely be returning and I recommend that everyone pays a visit to this office!

Nurse was excellent but frustrating that Passport Health pre-inputted records weren’t able to be located. Need a better system that gives the nurses access to record keeping.

Got the name wrong when they booked the apt. They couldn't access the file with the correct name which is not professional for a private clinic. Secondly just found out that they are very expensive compared to the other travel clinics. I fell they are scammers and cant get anything right.

My visit to the Brampton Passport Health was good experience. The nurse, Caroline was very efficient, but at the same time personable. She explained the immunizations and medications clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. She skillfully administered the shots. I would highly recommend this place for your travel vaccination and medical needs.

Caroline is a wonderful travel consultant nurse! She provided us with all of the information we needed to make informed decisions about the required vaccines for our trip, as well as tips to protect ourselves from other disasters in a foreign continent. She very clearly outlined further instructions for the oral vaccines she prescribed that are necessary before, during, and after our trip. I was totally delighted with her service and highly recommend this clinic to anyone travelling abroad.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Passport Health location. My consultant, Caroline Tran, was extremely helpful, in explaining everything thoroughly and being very conscious of my financial situation. She recommended what she thought would be most beneficial without being pushy about any vaccinations I didn't feel comfortable with. Yet she was very straightforward and I felt extremely comfortable discussing all my options with her and asking her any questions, which she was pleased to answer.

My travel companion and I had an excellent experience at Passport Health. Caroline, the nurse who met with us, was extremely knowledgeable and spent along time going over everything we need to know. In addition to recommending vaccines, she gave us a list of over the counter meds to take with us and some great tips regarding other things we may wish to carry. She also gave us her contact information in case we have further questions. It was more expensive to visit PassportHealth than it was to visit my family doctor before a trip I took four years ago. However, the level of expertise and thoroughness provided convinced my friend and I that we made the right choice in going to PassportHealth. We feel confident that we are well prepared to travel to Peru.

Excellent choice!I was looking for a place to get immunized for an upcoming trip and as I don't have a family doctor to consult on what's needed and where to get it so I turned to Google.After reading all the positive reviews on Passport Health Brampton (and specifically nurse Caroline Tran) I booked an appointment online.The office is very welcoming and I felt relaxed as Caroline went over her recommendations for the medications I should get for my trip. I mentioned that I'm not a fan of needles and she assured me it'd be relatively painless (which it was).Overall I'd absolutely recommend anyone planning to travel and in need of immunization and advice to visit Passport Health and nurse Caroline.

Excellent customer service. Caroline was very polite, and helpful. She is very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained everything in details and ensure that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this travel clinic to everyone no matter where your travels may take you.
