I put in $3 and washed for about a minute and a half. I decided I wanted some more time, so I put in another $2. It shuts off and I cannot continue washing. That is what happened.

Had an unfortunate accident while visiting thunder bay. My insurance hooked us up with discount on arthur street. I cant say a tough good things about nicole and Jim. They were so pleasant to deal with and did what they could to help us through this unfortunate time.Good job you guys are representing the company very well. This is how customer service should be!!!

I added 3 coins to be able to wash my car at 9:00pm on 17th January 2022, but take a guess? It took my money and the machine didn't work it. Where should I complain about this services?
