I used BigSteelBox to move this past December and I was pleasantly impressed with the service. At first I was a bit hesitant because other companies offering this service have more reviews etc. but the size of the container drew me to BigSteelBox.Putting in the order for the container was very easy and seamless. They called prior to delivery and the box was dropped off in minutes. The box itself was very clean, and the doors provided a nice seal (we had some terribly windy and rainy days during this time), with no water entering the box.When it came time to move my container again, very smooth with a call prior to coming. No items were damaged during the move, which made us happy because we were a bit concerned with the loading/unloading tilt that occurs, but everything was fine.One small knit is that when using their online estimator for the size of box we would need it was not adequate. We rented the 20' box and probably could have used another 10' box, and we were a small 3 bdrm house.

Absolutely amazing experience: easy to book at a reasonable price; drivers were friendly and on schedule (and even called an hour before arrival); the drivers dropped off the box with no difficulty or damage; the box was clean. Zero complaints, amazing company.

We used a big steel box to move from Ontario to Alberta and the deliveries ans pick ups on both ends were communicated and completed in a professional manner. The cost of the bin was a little higher due to it being peak season" but that would have been thr case no matter who we chose for the move. I would recommend using big steel box

I was moving from Ontario to Alberta and had found Big Steel Box on google. I called and connected with Kanaan in Mississauga. We needed two bins delivered at different times at our home in Ontario. When filled, Kanaan arranged both pick-ups and delivery to the Calgary yard while we searched for a house in Alberta. Once we moved in, the two bins were delivered on separate occasions for unloading and eventual pick-up. Kanaan was a pleasure to deal with - always accommodating my schedule. Every single driver that either delivered or picked up our bins was professional and friendly. They took care to deliver the bins where we wanted them and protected our driveway. Jillian at the Calgary yard was also very helpful and kept us updated on the bins arrivals in Calgary.Moving across country is very stressful and Big Steel Box made everything so much easier. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had a great experience using BigSteelBox for my cross country move. Sabrina (we have the same name) at the Mississauga terminal was extremely helpful.

Do not get me wrong, I am very happy about the service they provided.I was going to give them a 4 star review but found that may not be fair. If they would work weekends as well would give them 6 stars.It's a challenge to have the container on your driveway longer then need be, not providing service on weekends was a bummer.Would I use them again, yes, in a heart beat!!Great job to all their staff from, the receptionists, driver that dropped off/picked up the container and every point of contact in between.
