I went there on a Saturday afternoon with my parents. The help provided was for my parents and Nicholas was the one who had helped us. He was really patient and informative about the best plan that can be provided to my parents. At the end of it all, my parents are satisfied with their new plan and new phone! Thank you so much Nicholas for making this experience pleasant ☺️

Amazing service at this Bell center. Me and my family had a big problem with our phone numbers, 3 difficult cases combine into one.However, I was lucky enough to see Ms. Sharon Dennis. She took 2 straight hours to fix the problem with tons of phone calls and research. The best Bell agent of all time!!! Aong with her assistant Nicolas.Everything has been solved with amazing discount for us. Sheron also left me a wonderful gift.To Bell: Sheron deserves to have a raise or bonus. I came to 2 other Bell centers: Atwater & Center Eaton but only here I can get my problem fixed.If you need to talk to a Bell agent, come to this location because Sheron has 23 years of experience!!!

I have been with Bell Canad for many years but never goes into a Bell Canad stores, I did everything on the phone with Bell. Now it happened that I have to return my phone so I went into Bell Decarie store and the person who helped me was so kind, patient with understanding. Thank you so much Tyler

I had a pleasant experience! The lady (Sharon) was very pleasant. Was switching from Rogers to Bell and she did everything to ensure that it was as quick and efficient as possible. I definitely am happy with Bell so far and will likely stay with them. Thank you Sharon!

Excellent service had a problem with my iPhone 12, been coming to this store for over 10 years. Everyone here is so great, so knowledgeable, I always appreciate the good service. Brandon especially, he really knows his product and service. His recommendations are sincere and always looking out for my best interest and I'm sure everyone elses!

Many thanks to Ashton and Nick for their great customer service today. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions and recommendations for setting up a new data plan. I felt like my needs were being addressed, they answered my questions and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend the Bell Decarie location for service.
