Bill's Laundromat

This place gets busy. The money changer sometimes doesn't take the bills. The equipment is in great shape and overall kept clean.

I go to the laundromat a couple of times a year when life gets to be too much and I need a break from the kids and to catch up on a month's worth of laundry. We have been going to Bill's Laundromat since I was a little kid and will continue to do so. It is always clean, lots of light and lots of room to do your laundry. There is lots of signage posted about hours, how to use the machines and prices.I think the coin machine might be showing its age since I had some difficulty chafing out the loonies for quarters but otherwise had yet another great experience.

Best laundromat around, pricing is fair and it is really clean and organized. I only wish there was some sort of customer service onsite. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone.

I only dry my clothes here. I wash at home. For the past 7 months I have came here between 8:30 and 9:00 for a 24 minute load in the dryer only- as it says, doors are locked at 10 pm SHARP. I got here at 8:40 this evening and the doors are locked. The man inside wouldn't even come over to me and just shouted to go to the other one. I tried to explain I'm only drying one load and I would be done by 9 or so and he just kept talking over me pointing his finger in the direction of the other laundromat.In conclusion I wont be coming here again and I'll let me friends and family know of my experience. I hope others take this as advice, to not come here because the home welcoming feel of port perry" was not present here. Is this south oshawa?"

It was my first time here, put dog bed cover and 2 towel and added liquid soap.in a medium sized machine. Put in 5.25 as per instructions. Machine wouldn't start. Wouldn't give back money.i had to get change and soap from dispensing machine. Cost me over 9 bucks. No contact number at the store or on his website. Won't be back. What a crook! And I am not the only one who thinks that there should be a contact number. I guess the owner doesn't get it!!

This place is awesome. If I’m there during the hours of the office the people working always offer to help me bring my stuff in and out of the vehicle. One time I locked my clothes in the washer by accident and had to call the owner and he was very adamant to reimburse me for the money lost, which wasn’t much but the principle of it was just very kind and appreciated.

Thank you for finding my laundry and bagging it for me. I guess I forgot it.. Great place to do you r laundry. Always clean and pretty well maintained.. Thanks again

What business operates without any phone number or contact number to call the owner? I had a machine that I had difficulty loading the coins and then when I finally got all the coins in(by paying more than required) it cleared and wanted me to start over! It had all my money do I couldn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do you get any customer service when there are no phone numbers listed anywhere!!! Tomorrow I will be calling the township, and the newspaper. Ridiculous!

Came in, one dryer stopped going not even 5 minutes into the cycle, so we put it in another dryer and it ate our money. Another person had her machine eat her money too. There is no number to call the owner, don’t recommend coming here unless you want to have your money stolen.

I had laundry ruined here, and when I spoke to the owner, he told me to go elsewhere if I expected the machines cleaned more regularly. He was rude and wouldn’t even listen long enough for me to explain.
