If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have been the worst internet providers. Zoom calls would constantly freeze/drop, we would have to reset the router multiple times a day. Every time we called, they said it wasn't a problem with their service, it was a problem with the router (that they provided to us for a fee!!). We drove out to Richmond to get a new router and still had the same problems. Nothing got sorted. Finally back with Shaw and having absolutely no issues. Tried dropping the rented equipment off and there was no one in the office and no one was answering the phone. Worst customer service.

Abysmal disconnect experience: had a good 2.5 years of service with them, cheap rates and occasional slowness. Now that my promo has expired I am trying to transfer providers as a competitor has offered a better deal. I called to cancel more than two weeks ago and was told my service would be cancelled before my next billing cycle. Two weeks later my internet is still 'connected' however it is barely functional, cutting out every two minutes. They have not officially disconnected the service through shaw, so not only do I have nonfunctional internet, but my new providers cannot start my service until the disconnection is complete because they also use shaw infrastructure. All I've heard in the three responses they sent me is we are still processing your request" with no other information. No estimate of when it will be completed

If I could give them negative stars I would. They are THE WORST. I’ve been waiting two weeks for a technician to come and connect my internet. Each time I’ve given them 3 days / times of availability. Both weeks they’ve emailed me and told me a technician will be coming on a day / time that I did not offer them?! And both times no one has shown up when they’ve said they would. I have just been asked to provide yet ANOTHER 3 days availability. At this point all I want is a refund. I’ve already given this company $253 for a modem, a “connection” fee (HA!) and last month of service. I’ve also had to pay my cellphone provider an extra 100 bucks for additional data seeing as I have no wifi at home, and need internet access for work. This company is an absolute joke, don’t waste your time.

great internet, great uptime, consistently at advertised speedhorrible customer service, they never answer the phone or reply to emails. i asked how to refer a customer and they couldn't be bothered to get back to me after a week to my VM or email

I've been with Surf Internet for 2.5 years now and it's been very decent. The customer service, for me, has been really good. They walked me through a few issues I had and even warned me about different routes/modems when I was upgrading without patronizing me. We're pretty happy with them.

Used their services for 5 years. Good service, good prices, regularly hit download speeds higher than what I paid for. Only docking 1 star because of occasional outages I experienced over the years. The only reason I switched away was because I wanted fiber optic Internet, which they didn't provide for my building.

I've had Surf Mobile for a year now. There hasn't been a month where I haven't had difficulty watching tv. The internet speed is no where near what they advertise and getting ahold of them is next to impossible. I call when the tv is out, which is every second day, and it takes them three days to call me back. Most times they dont call back and I have to follow up on my own. They have no technical difficulties when it comes to billing me however and only just offered me a bill credit after a year of providing terrible service. ITS NOT WORTH THE MEAGER SAVINGS. Avoid at all costs.

Sending me multiple emails about not paying the bill. For 3 months I called with no answer, and emailed multiple times to end the service with zero response. Pathetic from the provider and customer service is non existent. Looking forward to the next bill.

I'd like to give a commendation to their tech. support rep. Sam. I'm with Surf Internet for a few years now. During this time I had a couple of technical issues with my internet connection. And every single time Sam was able to solve those troubles with flying colours.I should also mention that Sam is very courteous, respectful and polite. I believe it takes a lot of patience to deal with sometimes upset, frustrated or just angry customers. Thank You Sam for doing a great job. We are lucky to have as our service provider. Way to go!
