Go Orderly

The care homes used “go orderly”!for my mom who is wheelchair bound. I was with her on the trip and it was scary!!! The driver was Literally reading texts on his phone while driving and was all over the lanes. Waited till the very last second to change 3 lanes and then held up the traffic trying to get over and cut off other cars. Speeding up and slowing down as he read!!! It’s was scary and I would not trust this company with any loves one.Because he was reading and looking down it took about 25 minutes to get about 8 miles!!!His sandals were half on and off and so not safe at all.

The driver was courteous and drove carefully. I would use this service again.

Purchased a van in Winnipeg from Alberta. OC was very friendly, helpful and professional. Kept in constant contact and even delivered the van himself. Highly recommend this company and their attention to customer.

We have been using Go-Orderly on multiple occasions for our Brother in Law. They have never disappointed. Always on time for all appointments. Very gentle and courteous, with a good sense of humor to make the passenger feel at ease. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them. Great service.

We had never required a hospital wheelchair to home transfer service before. Jeff of Go Orderly made it uncomplicated. He is a friendly fellow, punctual and able. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service. We recommend them and would use them again

We had Go Orderly pick up my Mom and bring her to my sisters house for our Dad’s surprise 90th birthday party. We could not have asked for a better service to help us bring her. He was so accommodating! We were nervous about our Mom getting too tired and weren’t sure what time we should tell them to pick her back up at. But Go Orderly made it so convenient for us and told us to call him a half hour before we want her picked up and he would be there. He was a super nice guy and we will definitely be using this service again to bring my Mom to us for other family functions! Thank you again for making this day possible! It would have not been the same without our Mom there.

After knee surgery, I used Go Orderly to attend an appointment at the Pan Am Clinic. Jeff was prompt. I was using a walker, but Jeff brought a wheel chair right into the house and got me down the front stairs to his van and I was able to use the wheel chair for my appointment. Jeff delivered me right back to my living room. Prompt and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Go Orderly.

Absolutely wonderful great stuff expedient timely very well organized

This is my second time that I have used the services of Go Orderly.Both times I was very happy with all aspects of their transport service. They are every thing that I checked in above boxes.Trip to Health Science Center and back to nursing home went smoothly as my mom was comfortable and very secure in her wheelchair that was safely strapped in the vehicle . Great service and very positive experience from the hospital to residence upon discharge. Clean vehicle and very accommodating staff! Will definitely use this service again when needed and happy to let others know of our experience too.
