Maligne animal tour is fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable about secret spots to find wildlife. We had great success.

We had done the wildlife, canyon, and maligne lake cruise yesterday. It was amazing, our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. We saw so much and learnt just as much! We loved it, it was worth every penny!!!

We booked on for an early evening nature tour whilst touring the area. The bus picked us up from our RV site at Lake Louise campground. We collected the other guests, and then we were off on our adventure. Our guide Ross gave us a brief introduction to himself and how long he'd lived in Jasper and his love of the wildlife of the area.He used a headset to communicate, so everyone on the bus could easily hear what he was saying. He explained that - as it was a little rainy - there were no guarantees of getting to see any animals, but if we were lucky, we might get to see a bear.He made sure that we were all on the lookout on both sides of the road - as the animals can pop up when least expected.Well, we were lucky that night, we got to see plenty of elk very close to the bus, a pair of Bald Eagles, an osprey along with a Black bear just ambling along the roadside. There were plenty of photo opportunities, with Ross turning the bus around for folks on the other side to get some snaps too.Our time came to an end all too soon - we could have spent hours more in the company of Ross - to hear another bear story or two, local ecology and many facts about all the wildlife in the area.We left having a whole new respect for the area and the magnificent animals we share the space with in their habitats. What a wonderful way to spend a few hours !!

Went on the sightseeing and boat tour with wife and two teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and was very happy with our tour guide / driver Jake. We were lucky enough to see Grizzly and Black Bears, Elks, Eagles, and Ospreys! The guided walks and boat tour on Maligne Lake was beautiful. Jake was very passionate in what he does and two thumbs up for extra effort to help us get a good look at wildlife sightings. Thank you for all the tips on other things to do and places to go around Jasper! It felt like a friend was showing us around.

We had a free evening in Jasper so we decided to book the evening wildlife tour. Best decision ever! Our guide, Jamie, was beyond fabulous. He went out of his way to find us as much wildlife as possible and give us the closest view/best angle for taking pics. He took us all the way to Maligne Lake on the off chance there might be a rare moose hanging around (we didn't find one). Our tour was supposed to be 3 hours but it ended up being 4.5 because on the way back to town we spotted a mama grizzly bear with her two cubs right beside the road. They ended up walking right beside our bus and stayed in the area for a good hour at least. Jamie was so good about letting us stay to observe and just slowly moved the bus along to keep the bears in sight. On top of all that, we also had six black bear sightings, two bull elks, two bald eagles, two coyotes, and an osprey. This was the most spectacular experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Would highly recommend the white water rafting trip on the Mighty Fraser! Levi was a great guide and we had a fun trip. I've rafted on higher class rivers before, but this trip offered enough excitement to not overwhelm beginners while also providing a great way to see some amazing scenery. It was also super neat because we were that at a time where we got to watch large salmon jumping upstream around the waterfall that we portaged around.

Excellent experience. Nice people, fun ride.Photographer for the paid photos offered is not good though. Blurry photos. We were told not to bring a phone or take photos, but the photos taken for purchase were of poor quality. Why put blurry photos up on the website for purchase? Makes no sense. Having to pay $25 for two semi-decent photos is not cool, but we had fun and want to have a photo memory.Overall good experience with the actual tour so 4 stars. Guides were great. Not happy with the business model of the photo selling. Do better.

We had a fantastic rafting trip. This was our 11 year old daughter's first whitewater rafting. Started at the BASE of Athabasca Falls and rafted down the river and paddled through sections of class 2 rapids. Kain and Luke were absolutely fantastic guides, we had lots of laughs and great conversation. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a moderate intensity trip or those on their first rafting adventure.

We did the Wildlife and Waterfalls Tour with Maligne Lake Cruise and our guide was Jamie. It was a pretty full day: we were picked up from the hotel at 9:15 and got back around 15:30.Jamie was a relaxed and knowledgeable guide, who obviously loved the area and its wildlife. He went out of his way to give us opportunities to see elk, a black bear, a moose and an eagle. The trip involved a short stroll around the Maligne canyon before heading off to Maligne Lake for the boat trip to Spirit Island, which should be mandatory experience for everyone.Booked via 'Get Your Guide' who were also excellent.

We booked an evening wildlife tour on our last night in Jasper and it turned into the highlight of our 2 weeks in the rockies. Our guides Jaime and Chloe were welcoming and knowledgeable and certainly knew where to go to find bears! We were lucky enough to see a mother grizzly and her twins, a joy to watch. We have recommended this tour to other travellers we have met and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again.
