The new store is simply amazing well laid out and organized. Soon as I walked in the door people acknowledged I was there and said if I needed any assistance to let someone know. It was a good feeling to know that the novelty I'm opening a new store or a new revive store encouraging people never wore off even months later after being opened.

Service was good but they did not have everything in stock what I needed.For example they had very little quanity and diffent sizes of deck screws they sell by the pound in stock. They could have open some of the big box of deck screws and sold the by the pound. Doing this they still would get back what the box cost and keep the customer happy but there was no will to do this only blame why they were short on covid. I would suggest they should make every effort to keep their customers happy and coming back. Just like the other Home Hardware does.

Hit or miss.. often times I am here and need advice, home hardware advertisements always boast about the advice - you won’t find it here except for maybe 1-2 employees who were or are in the trade industry (the guy in plumbing is always helpful) and one guy in paints knows his stuff. A ‘good enough’ location. Prices always seems to be 10% more than everywhere else but they do price match.

Customer service was above and beyond! We bought the wrong side, 1 piece bathtub/shower unit for our new build. It was already placed in the new framed up addition when the mistake was noticed. Thank goodness the trusses weren’t on. After a bit of panic, we called Capital home hardware in paradise who sent out another bathtub on the boom truck. Lifted the wrong tub unit out and put the right one back in. All in the same day! The staff at at the office and the 2 employees that delivered the tub have our well deserved gratitude Thank you so much!!!
