I went in to possibly upgrade my turntable cartridge and buy some new speakers. They looked at my turntable and advised me not to upgrade the cartridge yet as it would last another few years. When I bought the speakers I was about to buy a Center channel and they told me to try just the two fronts without the Center as they were so close together. The Center speaker is $1200 and they advised me to try without it fist as I might be ok with the performance without it. It’s not often you find businesses that stop you from spending money. I absolutely appreciate their integrity in being honest, even if that means less revenue for them. I’m turn though, as I know they are aware, I will be back. I will go to them for all of my audio equipment and will tell anyone who asks, they should shop here! Aside from that, they took the time to answer all of my questions and give me plenty of advice. If you want great audio equipment, knowledgeable people with integrity, do yourself a favour and stop in to see these folks.

We recently built our first home and put in speakers throughout the house and a theatre in the basement. We are extremely happy with everything that was done! It all looks fantastic and was a great experience. London Audio was one of only a few trades in the whole process of building the house that didn't cause a major headache (no headache at all, actually) so it was a pleasure. The installers (John and Rob) and the Project Manager (John Wild) were all very helpful, efficient, and really easy to work with. Everyone came prepared with ladders, tools, drop sheets, and product and that's becoming less and less common with other companies we've noticed. They also helped me set up all my IT and network equipment. The sales guy Jason (who has since been promoted to General Manager) was extremely knowledgeable and well put together in his demonstrations of their products at their store. He was also very calming when questions and concerns we had along the way came up. He always had a solution for what we wanted to achieve. Our experience is just as important to us as the products we want to purchase so we will definitely only be coming to London Audio for any other home theatre needs from now on. Trust me. If you go to London Audio, you won't be disappointed.

I've wanted to build a home theatre for quite some time and truly felt like a partner with the London Audio team. Jason was extremely patient and answered my multitude of questions. I was presented options at different price levels and given the advice I needed to make decisions. John and Jim delivered and installed my system. They were kind, courteous and took the time to explain some nuances of the system and ensure it was running perfectly. I can't recommend London Audio enough and will continue to support them as a customer for all of my upgrades.

You should support them and patron them.

I went into London Audio today for a repair and was told to take my business elsewhere.Funny thing is, I was interested in buying a new Yamaha A/V receiver.Too bad I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.I wasn't 10 years old when I bought that stereo...it might be a 20 year old stereo which you have fixed in the past.Nice try though.

(Paradigm speakers) the difference compared to my previous speakers is not even able to be compared. Top notch ,know their stuff about audio and video and all associated with it.Bought from there our Hitachi TV surround sound system 20+ years ago and updating our denon receiverEverything else is good.Going to get a yamaha receiver which Scott recommended, but unfortunately have to wait maybe 3 or 4 months.Tony H.
