Clerk was very difficult to deal with and didn't understand the situation. I just went there to pickup a package addressed to me, but she wouldn't release it because my address didn't match. I recently moved so my license didn't have the new address so fair enough. I showed her the email notification addressed to me with the same tracking number for the package, but she still insisted for me to show proof of my address. The bickering went on for a bit before she finally released the package. I'm just glad I didn't make anyone else wait longer since the place was empty for once...

The worst Canada post office ever!! Too slow, not reliable. They keep packages for weeks before sending. Don't risk if you are in hurry. The return process takes a day in other post offices, but here, they didn't return after 20 days and say it may take a month!!! They don't care, don't take responsibility, and pretend it's regular. They look at you and lie. Definitely not recommended. Zero star !

Every time we go there the sales person can't figure out where packages are, have a difficult time communicating and ask us customers to tape on return labels while at the desk.

The employees are always competent, helpful, and friendly when I've gone in! If there's a bunch of people at once it can take a bit longer to move them through because there's usually only 1 cashier working at a time, but I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes (and I go often to pick up packages).

Absolute worst experience everytime I visit. The older lady cashier named Shannon is very rude and they don't accept returns. Even before the thirty days. Just unacceptable customer service all around. Cosmeticians never greet me when I walk through the door.

unreasonable and unreliableI got there at 8:50 and they said we cash out already and we are closed but they must be open until 21:00.this is so disappointing, and I can't understand how they can close earlier than what they say in google maps.

Had to wait at least 15 minutes while they helped ONE person figure out where to write the shipping address, determine whether they were even correct, and pause to answer his 20 questions while the line doubled behind him at peak time on a SATURDAY and didn't even have the professional courtesy to open a second till. I have been yelled at for not putting my return address in the right place times past at other post offices. Thank you for wasting all of our time for someone who obviously didn't want those packages back-tracked to him. Wonder why. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Just needed to borrow some tape so I can ship my stuff out. Staff won't even provide some tape. I had to buy a tape that I probably will never use again. This service is so bad..
