Took my dog to use the wash station, it was clean and easily accessible. They had a variety of treats and shampoos. The towels and aprons were clean. The blow dryer was freezing cold! Which I was not expecting and my dog hated, it’s inefficient for drying a dog with long hair and she was clearly uncomfortable and cold

Like the fact that the employees were not in our faces asking if they can help right off the bat. Pleasantly said hello.

I used the dog grooming area and it was wonderful! The shampoo and conditioner was awesome for my dogs coat! There was lots of treats, BUT with my dog being allergic to everything I couldn't give her any :( so maybe some hypoallergenic options for treats would be good! Otherwise the hair drier and bath were awesome and super clean. Only issue I had with the bath was that it stopped draining near the end and that was even after I pulled a bunch of fur out of it. Otherwise overall friendly staff and good!

Had issues with my online order pickup and ended up having to pay in store as well as online. Wasn't able to get my online order refunded in store either. The lady in front had an immediate attitude with me, I just got off of work. I placed the order before work so I could just pick it up on way home, not a good way to end my day. I can't help but to think it was a race thing as the man behind me didn't get the same treatment that I did. I never had any of these issues with the Pet Valu on Rochdale. Never coming to the east again. Told all my friends and family as they're the same race as me.

Absolutely disgusting. My roommate always places online orders to pick up cat food and litter for our cat Bean. We have never had an issue with the store closest to our apartment, though today it was more convenient for her to pick it up in the east end on the way back from work. As soon as she arrived and went to retrieve the order, they denied to give it to her, even after showing the online confirmation, the card it was paid with and ID. My roommate is asian/First Nations. The woman working the counter refused to give her the order, claiming that she could just be impersonating someone to steal their order. Because of the special kind of food our cat needs, she couldn’t just leave without it so she had to pay for the food A SECOND TIME. Absolutely disgusting service and shame on the employee for racially profiling people.

Had the worst customer service from this store. I was asking the lady politely for a certain broth. Didn't even bother to help and just said no we don't have it" it was right in front of where she was when she told me no. At the counter she was there too so I showed her the item I was looking for so to help next time and didn't even talk or acknowledge. The other lady by the counter was super nice however"

Not happy with our most recent trip to the Regina Prince of Whales location. Purchased what we thought was 8 cans of cat food only to discover we were a can short when we got home but got charged for 8. Went back and the cashier refused to do anything for us so the store made extra money today. Thanks for all the help...not.

The staff are nice and helpful. I enjoyed their elf on the shelf, which they had in December!
