The owner of the business was contracted to develop my sister and brother in-law’s basement since October 2022, and it’s currently May 2023 and it’s nowhere near completion. It’s past due the agreed completion date.They are so unresponsive, didn’t communicate with them about fixtures and fittings, they turn up to work on days they decide.I was going to use this business for some work in my own home, but I’m glad I dodged a bullet!I am very suspicious of the positive reviews this business has as my sister’s experience has been anything but positive.If you are after mediocre service with constant excuses and unprofessionalism, then feel free to work with them.
