I’ve had a wonderful experience with renting my first apartment with Alex Anderson. He is always approachable and easy to communicate with. Whether it's via email or in person, absolutely responsive and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.One thing I really appreciate about Alex is his promptness in responding to maintenance issues that have come up, getting back to me quickly and working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend Rancho Management Group as a landlord. They are reliable, and truly care about their tenants. With the level of proficiency that I have seen from Alex, I would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Get away from them. Alex Anderson and concierge at SOLO District are soulless (Except Gilbert who has always been nice). They are money grabbers that will make any accusation to not give back your deposit. Only interested in making owners richer and extorting tenants. Really rude and worst management and strata for tenants. They increased $800 (50% increase) of the rent of my unit after I ended my lease. Photos below are of my move out inspection where fees and more fees were discounted. Still haven’t received my deposit even after 3 weeks of my move out. Would give a zero rate if possible.

Being new in the Metro Vancouver area I was a bit worried about finding a place to live. I was lucky that I was able to find Rancho Management Services. Jorge was really helpful to us since the day one. He was responsive and made sure to forward our concerns and questions to the owner as needed. Since we are new to Canada, he was kind enough to explain everything to us. The process of renting the unit was quite smooth thanks to him.He is still very responsible and makes sure to let us know all the notices shared by the strata management.

I own a townhouse and these clowns are our property management. Such a disappointing management we contracted! Takes a week or so to get a response back. Cannot reach anyone at all when you call. Just goes to voicemail that no one responds to. I can imagine how bad it must be for emergency calls.Landlords, property owners, strata council I advise you to look for a better managing service. Anything is better than these guys!
