I’m not happy with the concrete ceiling work, they used the bad material, has long big cracked line in the living room and bedroom and pieces keep falling down in six months after my unit occupied. Had talked to the customer service and been told that’s normal!!!!!! And they will not do anything about that!!! Definitely it’s not normal and it’s dangerous. And also bedroom door can’t closed properly huge gap between living room and bedroom, no privacy at all. Totally different than the layout . Last thing is the bedroom window can’t open properly since the wrong measurement of the balcony fence. Designer and constructor need huge improvements for their work.

I recently moved into the M1 building in Mississauga, and like any new build - there are bound to be some issues. The M1 Customer Care team (Urban Capital Property Group) has been nothing short of amazing. They respond within minutes of emails, and work hard to ensure issues brought forth are addressed and followed up on. Hope you guys keep up the 10/10 customer service and hard work. Thank you for all you do! ☺️

This phase 3 on Bayview looks like a Ukrainian building bombarded by the Russians; unfinished with a big chunk missing. So sad we have to look at that when we take a walk in that area. Makes people feel so uncomfortable by its ugliness and lack of taste. I would never buy in a building like that. So ugly. Sometimes, it's better not to try to be creative if you have no talent, leading to this poor result ! An abomination....

Not the worst, also far from the best.I've lived in one of their buildings for 5 months now. They've had issues ranging from poor customer service to sloppy construction management. The building was far from finished when they started moving people in, have yet to open amenity spaces (6 months after occupancy), and their buildings have a generally piss poor design.Just another company cashing in on the booming condo market in Toronto at the expense of the buyer.

There isn’t many nice things to say. The concrete work is not good. The design doesn’t make sense. The material is as bad as it gets. What bother me the most is the layouts of common areas. They didn’t have access to the garbage room without the use of the elevator. When the elevator is in use I am unable to throw away larger garbage.The fire alarms are connected to multiple buildings in the complex that aren’t connected. That doesn’t even make sense, and it didn’t make sense to the fire chief but said it was legal. The customer service is non-existent. They try but are lost because the customer service reps didn’t build the building or pour the concrete. Look to other builders like Tridel or Greenpark who have some pull with suppliers and have experience in design and execution.

We have a unit at MCity Condos. It's a brand new build, and it has the usual new build issues. We have had absolutely amazing service from Daniela and Christine in the management office at this building. We are having some issues with water leak, door knobs etc and though we are past the 30day window, they are trying to help resolve them. The response to all/any questions and concerns have been prompt, courteous, extremely helpful and dealt with in the shortest time possible.

Customer service is bad. If the quality of the work was better, would not have to contact customer service. Whoever works in customer care does not answer the phone. You need more staff who will actualy try to help the customers

We have a unit at 20 Brin Drive. It's a brand new build, and it has the usual new build issues. We have had absolutely amazing service from Shannon Sellers, Christine and Stephanie in the management office at this building. The response to all/any questions and concerns have been prompt, courteous, extremely helpful and dealt with in the shortest time possible. I can't say enough about this team. It's a good feeling to be the owner of a unit, and to feel completely confident in the customer service team who manage the building.

The concrete work is horrible.. there are nails hanging from the ceiling. The hallway floor is not flat with the base board showing over 1 inch cap in some areas.The stairway floor is falling apart.Urban capital said they would close by end of 2021.. now it is march 2022 with no word on closing date. Paying extra and not paying towards my mortage due to there delay.Not happy with workmanship and wished I bought from a different company.

I own two condos at 20 Brin and while both units had various issues the deficiencies were always addressed as quickly as possible by Shannon Sellers & Christine as they worked with their respective trades people to rectify things. I commend them for their efforts. Thank you.
