I couldn't have had a better experience. They were very responsive, on time, and very friendly. They even came back on a Sunday to do a few touch ups before a home inspection for a rental property. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

We ordered a carpet cleaner for Saturday as we were due to move out our house Sunday. Two guys turned up over an hour early and now have not turned back up to the appointment. We've left messages and no one has responded to us and even blocked the guy who made the booking! Very unprofessional and not responsive.

Contacted PR for duct cleaning (refered to me by another business). They scheduled me in, never showed up, never responded to emails or phone messages. Just gave up and called someone else....maybe they are better for carpets but it's unprofessional to simply not show up and ignore a customer.
