We went and the staff were all really nice. Plus they have these really cool chairs that lay back all the way and prop your feet up.And no one else was in there watching the same film as us so we got to be as loud as we wanted.

Staff here are always pretty friendly. For a small city, it's a good sized cinema with lots of choices on any given day. New renovations have added recliners to the theatres and an updated snack bar.Everyday has low prices now, cheaper than the theatre in Trail and with multiple screens.Tickets can be purchased on line with pre seat selection, or at the concession counter.Great place, going to the movies is back on the list of date-night activities again!!

The recliner chairs. Now that's how you watch a movie. Makes rhe big screen experience feel a bit more like watching from home. Always an enjoyable experience at Kootenay Centre Cinemas. Prices are 'movie theatre reasonable' and the selection of movies is pretty darn good for a smaller theatre.

Had a great time at the Cinema! First time there, doesn't look super impressive outside but the Theatre we watched Black Adam in was updated with power reclining comfortable chairs. Very Good popcorn, friendly staff. Great night out!

I had a horrible review here before, but I went back to see Avatar 2 and this place has definitely improved. The sound quality was good and the new seats are super comfy. The popcorn used to be horrible, and now, while it's not amazing, is at least okay. Good job improving your business!

Definetly made a birthday special, rates are paying the students that live and work in the area so cheap popcorn is always a must and the seats are out of this world.
