Lost Memories - Data Recovery

Simon and team were professional throughout whilst trying to retrieve data from my definitely not IP68 rated Samsung S7. Ultimately they were unsuccessful, however they replied to me at all times of the day/evening, were respectful with my phone and as mentioned previously absolutely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I just hope I don't need to ;) Thanks for a great job, guys

Had an issue with a phone originally took it to a local store in Wolverhampton they tried a transplant and destroyed it, told me throw in bin, I was extremely upset as had sentimental information on internal memory chip. I called several companies who said virtually impossible to retrieve anything. I then sent to a company in Wales only to be told no can do. Went to another company in West Midlands same answer. Then I found Simon he was incredible specialist in this area, he said no data no fee but retreived everything performed a miracle on my memory chip. Excellent timescale cannot recommend enough extremely friendly and I am now so happy all contacts thought were lost forever. I am forever grateful thank you so much Simon your a star!!!

Every photographers worst nightmare is getting back from a shoot and realising that your memory card is corrupt. This happened to me recently for the first time ever and the panic was unreal. Contacted Simon for a quote regarding data recovery on an Android phone. The lost data was necessary for a custody dispute in Germany over my stolen child. The response was prompt. I told him that I was in Germany and would be sending the phone from Germany. He acknowledged that fact in writing and told me to send it. I did so. After a failed delivery attempt, my phone ended up at a DHL packet shop. Simon never went to pick it up. It was returned to me"
