My wife and I had to fly out to Penticton from eastern Canada to make arrangements for a close family members passing. My mum fell ill and passed very quickly (within a week) my brother, father and myself weren't prepared for what preparations needed to be done as we still were processing her diagnosis and her choice to end her suffering. I saw the excellent Google reviews/5 stars after doing a quick search of funeral homes in Penticton and thought, this has to be a good choice. From the first phone call with Kevin, to our last meeting he was ALWAYS professional, respectful, caring and understanding. He dealt with absolutely everything and took the stress of dealing with the a loved ones passing so my family and I could just grieve. We are forever grateful to Kevin and his team; they are simply the best.

Erin was so compassionate and was there at the drop of a hat, she had to do a few quick adjustments as Kevin was away and had to get someone else. Kevin came back from his holidays early to be there for our family, and he did not know who we were. These two individuals were more than compassionate, they were there through the whole time.
