Ricky's All Day Grill - Golden
We stayed at Prestige Inn next to Ricky’s all day grill so we had breakfast from here. I would have given 5 star but the attendant was impatient and snapped at one of our friends while requesting to change the type of egg ordered. Hence 4 stars for service.Nice ambience and good to click pics! They have unique wall papers showing Ricky’s history.We were happy they were able to accommodate our vegan request. Food was great and good quantity. Nice way to start your day!

Worst food that I've had in a long time. Arrived at 3:00pm and had to flag someone down to take my order. Food took more than an hour to arrive and most was wrong. My fish wasn't even cooked all the way through with batter still clearly visible. Burger didn't include charged for items and did include items asked to be removed. Fries tasted like they were under a hear lamp for more than half an hour. Go anywhere other than Ricky's when passing through.

Love the food here. We travel in group and everyone happy with the food served... pork ribs, beef, seafood pasta. Service is good too.

I have been here several times with my family and have always had an amazing experience. Louanne is an amazing person and server and makes the experience enjoyable every time :) she is attentive and hard working! Even when it’s busy she keeps her cool and completes every task amazingly!

Food was ok. You can taste that the oil has been reused all day when cooking the fish. The garlic chicken had too much garlic inside making it too spicy. The pita has been toasted and seasoned prior to being served making it very flavourful.Lots of tables and great local beer served at a reasonable price.

Our lunch was a disaster. Our parents ordered coffee, which was provided with no spoons to stir milk/sugar. We requested spoons and 2 spoons were provided. No cutlery or napkins. Their order arrived after about a 20 minute wait, we requested cutlery which was then provided. My order took an additional 15 minutes to arrive, my husbands order was still not ready and was going to be an additional “4 minutes“ he asked for it “to go” as our parents were done eating. We had to ask for a coffee refills and a pop refill. There was no apology for the lateness of our table’s food or for the bad service. We were not offered a discount for the inconvenience of not being able to eat together and having to take the one order to go. We will not be back.

Would be no stars if possible. Hands down the worst experience at any restaurant Ive been to. Decided to eat here because we got into the hotel late. Was seated and forgotten about. 30 minutes to get drinks. Server started taking orders from tables that arrived after us as well as other tables and when we spoke up she says oh yeah.." completely forgot we were here. Have been here an hour

We were staying at the prestige Hotel, and had dinner twice and breakfast once. For dinner both nights, we were served by the most charming waitress Alejandra. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our time in this restaurant.

Slow service. We had to ask for menus and drinks and waited for over an hour to get food. When the food finally arrive it was either very overcooked or extremely undercooked. The breaded fish made my husband sick—it was so raw and runny. The server did comp the worst of it, which was appreciated but overall, we left wishing we had gone to McDonald’s instead.

Got seated and ordered drinks. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks, then ordered our food and waited another 45 minutes. They brought out three meals (chicken burger, baked Mac and cheese, and pasta) and said they would get the fourth (salad and soup) then my mom waited 30 minutes for the soup and salad meanwhile we finished our meals and they took our plates when my mom was handed her food. When we got our bill the soup and salad was still on there so we asked if we could even get it reduced and the waitress went to the back to “call” her manager but was only gone 30 second and came back said we couldn’t get anything removed or reduced because we consumed it. Waitress was polite and you could tell they were under staffed but we shouldn’t have to wait so long for drinks Nevermind soup and salad.
