Chateau Quality Dry Cleaners
Tried this dry cleaner for the first time, brought 2 long winter coats for dry cleaning, very reasonable price and job well done. Owners Nick and Mandy, are very friendly too. Happy with their service and brought another 3 winter coats for dry cleaming upon pick up of the first two.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and always walk a mile to help customers like myself. Chateau Quality Dry Cleaners
I brought my Leather moose knuckles jacket here for a much needed cleaning service. The fur came out cleaner and brighter than I’ve ever seen it and the leather itself was looking brand new! Great job by this family owned spot. Most efficient service in Richmond for sure, maybe even all of lower mainland. Will be back again soon!!

Showed up on a non-holiday Saturday @10am - business not open, no sign indicating they were closed - 06.10.2023. Hours of operation on door and sign on building stating open six days a week, closed Sunday.Service is OK, not really friendly, but not bad.Prices are reasonable and the cleaning is good.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! They ruined one of my dress shirts and then tried to blame it on me. When I asked Nick the manager/owner what he could do about the ruined shirt he told me to use my house insurance to get a new one and then threatened my life if I ever came back. Wow, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
