When our 4 year old dobielab started being reactive to other dogs at the park we were at a loss for how to address. What was once a fun activity was now full on angst! We reached out to Simone for help. Simone was very professional, kind and caring. In our very first session she provided us with specific exercises and tools we were able to use right away. Our dog responded immediately to the training. Overtime we have all gained confidence and a well trained dog. I highly recommend Simone. She is so knowledgeable and we loved that the training she recommended was easy for us to adopt and we started seeing results right away! We are so happy to have met her.

Our family engaged Simone to help us with our dog’s leash reactivity and the results have been spectacular-far beyond what we had ever thought possible. We had given up walking our dog altogether or took him late at night to avoid other dogs because he lunged and barked at most dogs he met. As he is a larger boy, his behaviour was scary to those on the receiving end and dangerous to us as he managed to pull us down onto icy sidewalks.Enter Simone. Our daily walks have become peaceful and enjoyable as we followed Simone’s guidance for supporting our dog. We truly appreciate her calm energy and positive approach to helping us and our dog manage encounters with other dogs. Our dog now gets two long walks every day for which all of us are very grateful. He even visits our neighbourhood off leash park! We are forever thankful to have Simone in our lives.

Simone has essentially cured my dog's leash reactivity in only 2 sessions!!! I am so happy and excited to be confident in walking my dog in busy places again, with no fear of her lunging uncontrollably at every dog that walks by. I now have the skills and tools I need to continue training my dog on my own, and I can see her brain thinking and learning every time we pass by a dog.Before Simone, I had tried 4 different dog trainers in Calgary for this issue and found Simone to be clearly the best, both in herknowledge/qualifications and training method. Some trainers are too soft and expect you to repeat an excercise every day for 6 months before seeing any hint of a result. Others I've tried are too hard and want you to use choke chains etc which I really wasn't comfortable with. Simone's method is exactly the right balance between the two, with small force free corrections which are outweighed by tons of delicious sausage.Simones method also transfers into other behavioural issues and so a happy side effect is that my dog's barking while in the house has considerably improved. After only a couple of minor corrections, my dog now barely barks at the mailman, people walking by, the beep my neighbours car makes every morning at 8am when they lock their car... it's like magic!I super highly recommend Simone to anyone struggling with a behavioural issue, or just dog training in general!If this review was helpful, please give it a like!

I am just impressed. I have a 2 years old male Yorkshire terrier that was attacked by 3 big dogs in January and almost died. Since then he has been showing aggressive behavior, that was just getting worse. In one afternoon Simone guided me through the entire training process and trained him in such an efficient way that, in 24h he improved 90% of his aggressive behavior. I would never be able to do something like that by myself. And now I have the peace of mind that my dog will not be in risk. Highly recommend!

Simone is an incredible dog behaviouralist and her work ethic is impeccable. I’ve known Simone for well over a decade and have seen first hand the many times she has helped dogs and their owners. If you need any help with puppy training or dog issues you won’t be disappointed with her techniques.

We have had 2 appts with Simone so far and HIGHLY recommend her! We have 4 mini doxies who range in age from 2 - 14 and within a couple days of our first appt we were able to get the dogs to sit on command, within a week we were able to curb the barking tremendously and now we are currently working on walking loose leash. We can't wait for our next appt.

Simply put, Simone is the best! Her approach to training is done in a thoughtful and kind way. Her education makes her standout from other trainers and my family and I couldn’t be happier! All I have to say is Wow! Simone is absolutely incredible! We have a 4 month old puppy and Simone had her listening and behaving in under 5 minutes! It was insane! I've never seen anyone do anything like that. She truly is a dog whisperer. So greatful to have found her! We are confident our dog will grow up well trained thanks to Simone. She is the best dog trainer in town hands down!!
