Expensive reminder that high price does not guarantee quality.Went to pick up shoes from Quick Cobbler next door and thought, hey, why not? Well, here are the reasons why not:1. $49.19 breakfast for two; that is, $41.69 for two plates of food, one glass of lemonade, one glass of water and $7.50 tip for the server who did her job. My issue is with the food.2. The photos speak for themselves. Sure, the eggs were over easy, but they're mangled. The French toast was dry, white in the center. Every. Single. Piece. The hash was barely fried. DaBacon" was basically imitation back bacon.3. What's up with the egg yolks? Why are they colored like crazy? French toast look like it's from a cartoon. The plating was ridiculous.4. The people seated behind us ordered coffee. Was bitter and sent it back for a "fresh" cup. Should have hit up Starbucks next door

Honestly wasn’t expecting what I ended up eating. I asked for some recommendations to the nice young lady, we ordered the hash with the chorizo sausage and the breakfast bowl with mushrooms, flavor wise, really nice. Environment was very chill and relax. Definitely coming back for more pannekoek!

I ordered Turkey bacon, mushroom, cheese pannekoek and added an egg. It was delicious l! However the service was super slow.

Absolutely love the food! The portions are very big and the wait time was short (about 8-10 min). They have gluten free bread!The green tea and coffee were quiet good too. I loved that they offered coffee refill! The food was fresh. My omelette had lots of avocado and vegetables (which is quite rare in breakfast places). Definitely recommend this place and would go again.

Breakfast and lunch items are served. A dutch pancake is like a crepe but extra large! I usually order a 3 egg omellete and choose my own fillings. Either way you come away stuffed! Bon apetite!

I’ve been to DeDutch on numerous occasions at this and the waterfront location. Consistently the food is great and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Today’s visit was on 2nd Ave, where I was joined by two out of town guests. I introduced them to pakkekoeken and now they are forever fans. The food paired with fresh squeezed orange juice was incredible. Thanks also to Miriam for the fabulous service. See you again soon.
