Came out and did a great job for a competitive price. Happy I chose to go with them. Got my septic tank pumped and it was cleaned out nicely.

Some friends and I needed our septic tanks pumped. One friend researched several companies in the HRM. With a group rate, Prospect Septic Service was the least expensive, so we went with them. Stuart came out to pump my septic tank. Let's be real; this is not a pleasant job. Regardless, Stuart was awesome! He was very professional and very knowledgeable about residential septic systems. In addition to completely pumping the tank, he gave me some great advice on maintaining my septic system in the future. When the tank needs to be pumped again, I will definitely be calling Prospect Septic Service.

Prospect Septic Service is without a doubt the premiere service of its kind in HRM. Every 3 years a group of residents in our neighbourhood get together to have our tanks pumped, this year there was 21 homes. After calling around to several other septic services, Prospect Septic came through with the best group rate far outpacing any of its competitors. And their excellent service didn’t stop there. When the tank was pumped out, we noticed the blackwater line was cracked at the T-junction and had to be replaced. However, it took a week to get a plumber booked and in that time the tank refilled with water, which meant it needed to be pumped again. I called Prospect and explained the situation, and although completely booked for the week, the kind gentleman at Prospect that took my call said “don’t worry well get that pumped for you – we’ll be there at the end of day tomorrow”. When I asked the price, he said “no charge”. If that isn’t excellent service than I don’t know what is!! Just had our Septic Tank cleaned by this very professional company and driver. The tank was cleaned according to the Dept. of the Environment guidelines. This is our best experience to date, and we would highly recommend this company.

These guys are a joke. Thier idea of a septic inspection is opening the tank lid and taking a peak down the hole for 5 mins. Then they charge $115 for it. I will never call them back for any kind of service

I had my septic tank pumped out yesterday … I’ve been using this company for more than 15 years now. They are always professional and I feel confident this family owed business actually cares. Just had a follow call from them… truthfully who does that now a days … I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

They came today to pump our septic tank. They were friendly, professional and came during the time they said they would. They only take cash or debit, but they let me know this ahead of time. The most affordable company I could find and I called almost every place in the city. Highly recommend!
