I would like to thank Lana, Mya and Chantelle for helping my daughter choosing this dress for her graduation of grade 8 2023. When we entered the store we were greeted politely by warmth and excitement. The ladies helped cheer my daughter up after having a difficult time with other dress shops in the oshawa center.They assisted her choose out a beautiful necklace as well.She left feeling like a million bucks and yesterday she looked like a million bucks.Thanks again ladies.The dress was a hit!

I went in on Friday to look for a few items. I had the absolute best customer service from everyone in the store! I was just looking, not expecting to find anything, when a salesperson came up to offer assistance. I hate being pounced on and I wasn’t at all; it was perfect timing. I let her know a little of what I was looking for and she brought me over to show me some things. She knew I would be awhile and her shift was ending soon so she very kindly and graciously handed me over to another salesperson, Lana (I think, bad memory). Lana spent the time getting me everything I wanted and some other awesome finds. She was attentive and excellent at her job. She has great taste! Everyone working there was so helpful. I rarely shop for clothes lately so it was such a pleasure getting assistance. I got some awesome fashion tips there. I forgot to mention the clothing…I loved it all! There are so many beautiful clothes in the store! I can’t wait to shop there again. I hope the head office realizes what great staff they have in Oshawa. A+++ shopping experience!

I went into Melanie Lyne approx. 2 weeks ago in the morning, looking for a dress for a wedding.I walked through the store and had one associate acknowledge me, although she gave me a look over from head to toe.I was wearing my tiling clothes.I walked past 3 other associates who were more concerned about how many dresses they were going to sell.Needlesstosay, I left and had a much better experience at Laura. Thank you!

Giving it a 4 because my firstvisit to this location I wasn't spojen to by any employees as they were all chatting with one visitor.2nd visit one associate assisted me and when the item I selected didn't suit me she didn't offer to give suggestions about ither items.So I asked another associate and purchased quite a few items.All the associates at that location should assist customers properly.
