Was referred to Dr Kim by my dentist. He did an excellent job on my dental implant- definitely recommend. He was very gentle and kind, and followed up after the procedure to remind me to take my medicine and to make sure I was feeling fine.

I like to kid about being Dr Sy's oldest patient...if not in years definitely in number of years I have been treated by him. At least 20+ (since he first came to BC). I think that speaks for itself. I trust him implicitly.

I was referred to Dr. Sy by my family dentist about five years ago. Dr. Sy provided exceptional service with his thoroughness and attention to detail. This was also reflected in his entire team from receptionist to dental assistants. I took comfort in knowing that he and his team will take good care of my periodontal needs.

Dr. Sy is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, conscientious and kind. He took extra time with me to explain the procedures and make sure that I was comfortable throughout. He has always been calm and thoughtful as we discussed different options and which would be best. He goes the extra mile and has even traveled to Europe to examine the processes that are used to create the bone graft material. I always feel welcomed and cared for. I couldn't be in better hands and I'm lucky to have found him. And if I have to wait a few minutes I know it's because he's giving another patient the time they need, as he does with me.
