The store was closed on Sunday. The internet said open 11 am -6 pm. Why are you lying ? What a shame !!!

I had nothing but good experience with this store! I love Swatch watches for their design and bought a few at this store. Prices are the same as everywhere. Great service! honest and attentive sales persons. The owner of the store was very polite and patient with me (Im not always an easy customer :) ) He not only was very professional adjusting my new watches but also attentive to my complaints about my old Swatch watch that I bought a while ago while traveling in Europe. I was looking for a solution how to fix and clean the bracelet. At other Swatch stores I’ve been suggested to buy replacement parts, but Tony did me a favour and fixed not only the bracelet but even the watch itself as it had serious scratches on the face! He had to send it back to the company and a few weeks later I received a call to come pick it up. I can’t be happier with the result!! I want to thank him in person but I don’t go to that area anymore so I decided to write a review. In fact, every time Im wearing my white sporty Swatch I wanna thank him! Im glad there are still nice ppl out there that are willing to help :) Btw, I didn’t notice any issues with finding price tags etc. Was very surprised to read previous review… I don’t wanna make any assumptions, I wasn’t there at that time… but for me, having only positive experience and feeling thankful for their service, it’s hard to imagine a situation like that.
