We have owned our Hidden Bed from HiddenBed Factory for about 2 years now and we have been extremely happy with it. Keith is great to work with. He came to our house to take the measurements and understood our needs perfectly. He customized the product to make the unit modular" so it could be taken apart easily and allow us to have options for the future

Thanks Kathy and Keith and the installation crew! We are very happy with the queen ortho mattress HiddenBed with desk and 2 powercentres in Stargazer and LED lighting and 2 side cabinets. We have a matching roll away file cabinet too. Great people and amazing product - our guest bedroom/office is so functional and looks wonderful.

We are very happy with our new Hidden Bed and the service provided by Keith and his team. We have a basement where I wanted my office, as well as a guest space. However the footings of the house presented a bit of a challenge as they created a portion of the bottom wall which needed to be built around. We reached out to many companies with similar offerings, with varying degrees of ability to build around this design challenge. Another requirement was the ability to have the desk remain in the same orientation when the bed was active so I didn't have to clear my desk each time! Hidden Bed checked all of those boxes. The company was also very accommodating with install dates as we wanted it installed on a bit of a tight timeline. The installation crew was very careful with out basement (and the walls carrying the parts downstairs!). And didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. On their way out they even gave us a little gift for the bed! Great company, would highly recommend. The pictures aren't as sharp as real life as I cracked my photo lens. But the bed/desk looks amazing. We went with the off-white colour which I think turned out perfect for our space.

A wonderful company to deal with and a fabulous product. I wanted a floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall built-in look, and we achieved that. Kathy and Keith explained lots of options for me to consider, both standard and custom, and the end result looks great. I now have lots of extra storage, an office and extra bedroom all in one.The design of the bed/desk is ingenious - so convenient that I can lower the bed without having to move anything off the desktop. I also really like the pegs to fasten the bed in the open position, so no danger that my young grandson, who likes to climb, might inadvertently cause it to open.I highly recommend Hiddenbed Factory.

Our hiddenbed is fantastic. We now have a queen size bed, and a desk in a very small room. It’s amazing. Keith and his staff gave excellent customer service along the whole process. We would recommend them highly.

My family passed by the Hiddenbed Factory booth in awe every time we visited the CNE, and for several years of admiring them at their booth, we finally decided it was time to get a bed. I’m glad we did. We got this bed for our growing 9 year old, and decided on the couch-bed so that if she wanted friends or her siblings around, they can chill out on the couch and watch movies on the TV across the room without ruining or dirtying the bed. We had an idea in our head with what we wanted, and when we visited the warehouse, we picked parts of other beds on display that we liked, and drew up a rough sketch of what we wanted. Keith had helped us decide what dimensions were appropriate for our specific room and see what was best for us and our budget. Installation was quick and got to enjoy the bed the same day. Quality and colours picked is outstanding. It left me speechless with how it turned out. We are so happy about this purchase, and seriously thinking about putting another hidden bed in another room sometime in the future.Thank you so much Hiddenbed team!

I can't recommend this wonderful company enough! From the very 1st contact to the installation, absolutely stellar service! We are 4 hours north of this business and you would have never known it! I sent in my measurements and pictures and got a PERFECT Murphy Bed Unit! I highly recommend Keith and his team for all of your Murphy bed needs! Very professional!

We had a particular problem with a room in our new condo. A pillar that forms the support of the building extended in to what was already small bedroom creating a bump-out". No bed could go on this wall without looking very weird. Keith came up with an ingenious solution to custom fit the Hiddenbed around this "post". The end result is an installation that hides "the post" and looks seamless in the room. That is what you call "going the extra mile". Great service. The installer

We ordered a hidden bed for our cottage and the service from the initial meeting to the delivery was extremely professional. Keith (the owner) even went to bat for us when we had a few rural delivery challenges, which was very much appreciated. We are very pleased with our new Hiddenbed and would recommend the product and company to anyone interested in this unique solution.
