I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I am SO impressed with Heather's efficiency, materials, and ideas! She had so many options for me to choose from in terms of how I could organize my space. I feel much better having my space maximized AND aesthetically pleasing. Thank you, Heather, for giving me a space I am now proud of!!! I will be hiring BirchTree Organizing for all of my future organizing needs!

We have hired Heather for 2 projects and I'm sure we will have her in again for more. Heather has helped us organize our whole basement, using what we already had in the house before looking to purchase supplies. We have learned her process as well, so are more able to tackle small organizational projects on our own. Heather is well worth the money and she is a delight to work with

We hired Heather and her team to help us organise our home; a job I found too overwhelming to do myself. Heather made the process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Heather is fantastic ! She does everything she says she will , all beautifully planned out. We went through all of my stuff. I was apprehensive , of course , but she is so kind and knowledgeable and forgiving (my place was a disaster) I have no regrets about what she took away because I wasn’t made to feel guilty about anything. Heather saved my sanity! Our basement was a disaster with so much potential. When Heather showed up with her bag of tricks and a plethora of strategies, I knew I was in great hands. Over the course of our sessions, our basement transformed from a cluttered dumping ground to an organized and fun place for our son to play. Zones and bins with word and picture labels make it so easy for our 5 year old to clean up and return everything to its home. He is so proud of his play space and I am so proud that it is done!The tips and strategies and overall mindset that Heather shared during her time in my home has given me the motivation to tackle other parts of my home that are in need of some TLC.If you’re on the fence about inviting Heather to your home - hesitate no more. You won’t regret it!

Heather has organized a number of things for me, including my closet, kitchen and office. The experience is literally life changing. I save so much time now and my office, which used to stress me out is now a serene place to work. I am more productive and I don’t lose things anymore. Heather is great to work with! She is passionate about her work and super positive. She asked me a lot of questions and really worked with me to set up solutions that worked for me.If you feel like your life is chaotic and you can never find things you need to call Heather immediately. These are all things that can be fixed and make your life better. My only regret was not getting organized sooner.

I have had Heather come and help me on multiple occasions to organize spaces in my home. I was amazed by how knowledgable, organized, helpful and kind she was throughout the process. When I was stuck or needed guidance, Heather offered her expertise and helped me weigh my options when necessary.The best part is that the systems that Heather helped to put in place have stuck and our organized spaces stayed organized!I would recommend anyone who is struggling with a cluttered space to contact Heather for their organizing needs.

I am so THRILLED with the work Heather did in organizing my basement. I can honestly give her all the stars for this review! She is smart, efficient and creative in her solutions and approach. She was organized, always on time, and had a great intuitive sense of how to organize the space. She finished the job in less time than anticipated, bought all the supplies required so I didn’t have to worry about any of it, and took away all the things I no longer needed. It was beyond my expectations for an organizer and I have been recommending her to everyone I know. Also- she has the best personality and is so easy to work with. Made Decluttering and organizing fun!!!

Heather was absolutely fantastic to work with this summer! We are getting ready to bring home our first baby and I needed major help figuring out how to get organized before then. Heather completely re-organized our kitchen and transformed it into a space that is free of clutter and intuitive to use and navigate - which is so important when we’re going to be making quick meals when the baby is here!Heather also helped to organize the nursery and came armed with so many fantastic ideas and tools that it was such an enjoyable process. The baby’s nursery is now extremely organized, from the dresser to the closet to the toys and bins - and all labelled. It’s given me so much peace of mind.Above all that, Heather had a ton of suggestions for other areas of the house to declutter and reorganize or repurpose, which was fantastic. Using the tips she taught me, I’ve been able to do some major purging and reorganizing, so that my entire house is now organized and tidied and I have an amazing new coffee station and “home command centre” that brings me so much joy- all at Heather’s recommendations.I really can’t recommend Heather enough, she is an ultimate professional and knows her stuff. She’s innovative and teaches her clients skills that will last long after the sessions are completed.
