The Massage Pro had a booth at Ancaster Fall home Show. I purchased two massagers, one for the neck and one for the back. I received the neck massager, and they were to deliver the back massage pad in 2-3 months. Both devices were paid for.We had hoped we would get it before Christmas for a gift. We heard nothing and drove to their store and warehouse in BRANTFORD the week before Christmas to find the store locked up. No signs regarding closure. Phone number out of service.Front display and office area looked deserted and customer seating was all gone. Rear warehouse area looked empty`. Website closed. APPARENTLY Bankrupt.For a company that is suppose to be a leader in their industry, what a way to treat customers. What happened Charlotte or Chantelle?

Can’t speak to the product but the service was good. Bought a chair at the CNE in Sept 2022 and had a change of heart a day or so later. No issues with the cancellation.

The best place to buy massage chairs. The foot massage is awesome and has way more features than other foot massages I tried. The owner has been doing it for 30 years and everything is produced locally in Canada. Highly recommended.

I purchased a massager from them at a local fair I had seen them at for a number of years. The sales person sold me on it being a local product and was promised an excellent service warranty for up to a year. A few months before a year was up the unit stopped working properly. I still had my receipt and box, went online to their website and emailed the company requesting service. After a month of no response I tried another email address in case my first went to junk mail. No response again so I tried calling the number on their website. No answer. My new plan was to return to the fair and speak with someone...COVID happened and the fair was cancelled. Another year passed and when the fair came back I looked for them in the buildings. There they were. I spoke with the younger of the sales ladies and she seemed more than willing to make it right. She thought she could give me a new one in exchange, which would have been a fantastic way to make up for the poor customer service in the last year or so. Then I got passed off to the other lady who was the manager and any ounce of quality and friendliness left the discussion and she proceeded to argue with me on every point, annoyed I argued back. She told me I should have called, when I said I did she blamed COVID lockdowns because the office was closed, I pointed out that many people answered office calls from home during lockdown. She said I should have drove to the office where the repair team was, I asked how I was to know that when nobody answered the phone and I wasn’t willing to drive an hour each way on a whim. Again she argued that all their customers make the drive from long distances. I replied that I was a single mother with two kids in sports with very little extra time and again she dismissed me by telling me everyone has kids and still manages to make the drive. I could NOT believe the way this woman was treating me! In the end the new unit was retracted and I was offered that they would take the unit, have it repaired and shipped back to me. When I pointed out that I didn’t trust that I would ever see it again and had no way of tracking it down (although she assured me that I could call the office) and speaking to someone she offered that I could exchange mine for a floor model. I would not purchase something from this company with the thought that you will get ANY kind of customer service.

How is it so easy to buy something from them but yet, you can not get anyone on the phone. They have an automatic message serving in french and not allowed to leave a voicemail or anything. The massage chair is about 10K and this is the type of service they provide. Do not buy from them, they usually have booths in CNE and thats how they get most of their customers. They do not honor their warranties, BEWARE!

I purchased a chair a few years ago and love it, however it’s not working correctly and I had a scheduled service appointment months ago. The service tech didn’t show up and there was no communication. I’ve messaged through messenger as they dint answer the phones and no response even though they have seen the messages. Yes the read receipt is on! I understand the hurtles with Covid, but how hard is it to communicate with your customers?

Our product was great when it arrived and shortly after stopping working the upper half, then later switched to working the top but no longer the bottom We have called and called and no one will return our calls for service. Do not buy this product. Email me, change my mind!

Ordered and paid $6000 for a chair 8 days ago. February 14, 2020Have not received delivery and am unable to get in touch with them. Have left email messages but no response. Very scary for us. We are pensioners. I hope we have not been scammed.Update Feb 24, 2020Massage Pro answered their telephone today. Confirmed our purchase and arranged delivery of our chair. Still disappointed that they did not respond in a timely manner and that we needed to make contact. It was delivered and set up at 8 pm. Very pleased with young lads who delivered.Prior to purchase we were told Massage Pro services their chairs, however, recent reviews indicate this is not happening. Hope they improve on this.

I bought this product several years ago and loved it but stopped working after a year or so. Saw them at a home show and they said to mail the product to them and they would repair it and send it back. So I sent it to them and have not heard from them or received the product back after numerous attempts to contact them. That was over a year ago. Never buy from this company - very untrustworthy.

I ordered a part and had to prepay. It has been 4 years and still no item. I see them every year at the Toronto Ex and keep getting promises. Now they are out of business. I see why.
