We are so happy to have found ourselves at Mac MacKenzie’s dealership. My husband retired on Friday afternoon of the May long weekend and we were planning to celebrate by towing our new camper into Algonquin Park. As luck would have it, we got a flat tire at 4pm. Mike from Wayne’s Towing in Renfrew arrived inside of 10 minutes and took us to Mac’s where they hunted to find us a new tire (on the other side of town) and installed it.Jamie, Blair, Stuart and the lady from Alabama were fantastic and treated us like family. Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. So far my best experience is how understanding and helful the finance manager is. It can be hard to talk about your finances with a stranger, it seems he has helped all kinds of poeple in all kinds of situations. And when I called to make some changes to our deal, because our dog had an expensive emergency surgery, it felt like oh this happens all the time and he looked after it for us.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no pressure from sales staff, they allowed me and my family all the time we needed to make a decision. The finance manager was awesome, helpful and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, like previous dealers we have done in the past. We didnt plan on buying that day but walked out with a 2022 Terrain and couldn't be happier. We were always mopar people, but turned GM due to this dealership!!Good work!Will be back.Thanks

Excellent Sales and ServiceI've purchased two new Chevy's from this dealership in the past 3 years.Their Sales team is excellent; Not pushy, very accommodating. I don't drive a hard bargain but I don't want to be taken advantage of, and I feel that they treat me fairly unlike a number of other dealerships I've been to over the years.We run a business that is heavily dependent on our vehicles. Chevy has possibly seen more than it's share of recalls and the Service Dept. at this dealership is aware that vehicle downtime costs me money. They are always on time with appointments and my vehicle is back on the road as quick as possible.I will be going back for the next truck no question.
