ONGLES MARS

I went to this salon a few times and loved the experience but i have to say the man who manages the appointments is very very rude and unprofessional. He hangs up the phone on your face while you're talking.This one time i walked in with no appointment (which i always do) and he literally kicked me out saying we dont have space for today". later that day i called to book an appointment for the next day and he said "i have a spot in the evening today if you would like to come in". It didn't feel right that he rejected when i walked in but over the phone he was still giving out appointments.The girls in there are really good at what they do though!"

I recently moved in close to Ongles Mars and the salon was recommended to me by a friend.I first went inside the shop to take an appointment to which I was told I needed to call. I left the store and made a call immediately but reveiced no answers. I called a few hours later, still during the opening hours, and got an answer on my third trial just to be told that I couldn’t take off my nails with them because I didn’t make them in the first place at Ongles Mars.I am truly disappointed as I changed my nail place because I am now further away from the first one and I would have come back to this new place in the future if I was given the opportunity to do it since it is much closer to me.

My experience was beyond amazing here i asked for a full set and they came out amazing and the service was very friendly, relaxing, and they paid allot of attention to detail!The place was very clean and i thank them so much for sitting through it! They're with you 100% of the way :)10/10 would recommend for sure!

It has been over a year that I’ve been coming here now and they have never disappointed. Absolutely amazing! Since coming here I haven’t gonna anywhere else. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Booking an appointment is easy, everyone one who works there is super nice and professional. I’ve never been to a nail salon with so many nail colour choices and that is what amazed me the most when I first came here. I love it here!

I do my nails every month and I am always excited to go back and try out new designs and Colors ! There are so many colors to choose from, I do dipping and they are all so beautiful. I am always happy with their work and service. I trust they will always do a good job, and I also trust their advice. I do not always do simple designs with my nails, and she always gets them just perfect and exactly how I want them. Very friendly and professional, Very clean ! Best pedicure, they go the extra mile with it, as they exfoliate and moisturize your legs and my favorite part is the hot towel on your legs !! I also enjoy that they have the TVs with shows from NETFLIX on, helps pass the time. I have recommend them to many of my friends and family, and they all went and loved their work as well. 5 stars !!!
