The salesmen up front were super helpful... unfortunately my company bought a few products from them, one which broke apart when it was moved in our facility, evidently due to some type of fault created during manufacturing. Myself and a few of my employees were unable to reassemble the pieces. Ecco Supply informed me that they couldn't do anything unless I purchased these parts (about $250) again, and that they're no longer responsible for a product once it leaves their building, which was not stated on the invoice. In the end, a waste of money, and a less-than-useless management.
